A healthy day for "buys" today. Perhaps SP move of around 1p not reflecting the overall balance between buys and sells? This is a company with really good potential but definitely needs news on the Nasdaq application ASAP. I think that I have read that we can expect news on this in the next few weeks. Hope we can see a steady rise here soon.

Thanks Chiefton. That makes more sense to me than the proforma that was used. I have been invested in this share for about 2 months now and recently my Share Club bought into it. Both investments are down and so any institution buying in is very welcome.

I wonder if they know something regarding the Nasdaq application? I'm not very well up on these type of forms that often accompany an RNS. I find it difficult to actually understand what is being said. To be honest my interpretation of this RNS was that the institution had sold some of their holding. It would be clearer if the company put out a short statement saying something like "institution has bought x% more shares in the company and have therefore crossed a particular threshold". My apologies in advance if this seems that I must be academically challenged but the RNS could be clearer and not left to the reader to interpret what is being said.

My share club are looking to buy in to GMS after the contract announcement on 3 January. All very positive at that stage. Hike in price for a few days and a slight fall back at present. One issue that is causing us concern is the lack of Director purchases. In fact the last action was a sell by CEO in Sept 2016. I've read all previous RNS releases but am struggling to find anything positive over the longer term. Please could current shareholders on this board drop a few lines to educate me as to the plus points of buying in to GMS. Thank you in advance.

Is this 5% holding significant? RNS released after hours today. Interesting development.

All good news from Doncaster then. Clearly the forthcoming March statement is what we are initially interested in. Worryingly not many shares being traded currently. Hopefully things will change in March.

Thank you shareminator. Club met on Tuesday night and meets monthly. Next mtg is mid Feb. I'll comment back after the mtg on members thoughts etc. The reason for purchase was clearly echoing your comments re expected final results. Only a low value investment as we are a growing Club and not yet flush with funds.

Thanks Jurado. This is a big sale. Therefore quite worrying. My share investment club hold TRX and believe the company has a sound future as well as developing very much needed products. Can anyone shed any light on the background to this sale? Is there some knowledge somewhere as to why the seller may have taken this action? They must have been a long term holder to make any profit from this sale. Any help or information would be gratefully received.

Do SKP followers see any correlation with the Astra Zeneca will they/won't they situation with Phizer. SKP may have stalled a little of late and lost some momentum. Just wondered if this is a Pharmaceutical sector issue and SKP will stay stalled until the Astra Zeneca situation is cleared up? Any thoughts?

Struggling to understand why SKP appears under the radar of most market investors and commentators. Doubled in price in approx 4 months and very little stock traded. The spread is highish at 12% but the potential for the products is very good. Am I missing something?
