Ha ha Mr Long I hope you’re right and that’s it for the bad travel sector news - fingers crossed as I probably hold too much IAG, RR, EZY, NEX and TUI but long term I think they’ll come good.

In hindsight I should have got more TUI just for the rights as the way it stands it’s a cracking deal ! but as we all know hindsight is a great thing !

Yes I was just thinking - tomorrow is the day of reckoning - good luck all... if it does drop I’m sure it’ll be back up flying high by year end, fingers crossed.

It’s not sentiment that has seen GameStop rocket - it’s the fact they were so heavily shorted and those positions became buys when the sp rose - a short squeeze - facilitated by a Reddit forum.

Stocks in the UK aren’t as heavily shorted as in the USA so unlikely we’ll see movements like that over here sadly.
