that we are drilling.
We are still drilling.
The Court has kicked this into the long grass so that we can keep drilling.
There is no date for another hearing so we should be able to finish the drill without disruption.
Even if ordered to stop, it would take a while to enforce any judgement, but this has been reserved, so no problem.
What we need now is to find the oil - then the SP will get fairly interesting.
Wait and see time.
GLA
Trafigura should be following this.
There is usually a massive non disclosure clause in these.
The info that I have supplied is very current and accurate.
The oil world is a small one.
This is a massive contract. Paul is an old hand and to be trusted.
Once production starts we will be able to infer and deduce the numbers better.
They will be very good.

Nothing on level 2 yet.
Just my crystal ball reading.
I cannot disclose the source of this discussion, but you may be sure that it is accurate.
With regards to the natural gas contracts I appreciate your input and ideas. The market in Trinidad is far from transparent and actually changes from contract to contract as a result one has to be careful when trying to determine the actual “Trinidad” price. For example EOG shows a $2.65 gas price but that is at the offshore platforms so you have to deduct a $1.00 -$1.20 processing and transportation fee making the actual sale price more in the $1.50-$1.65 range at the delivery point. Shells onshore price for the LNG volumes is $.90 after deductions.
We are of the belief that onshore gas in Trinidad should be more valuable as it is closer to the market and employees more locals than multinational offshore operations.
Our objective is to get the highest price at the well head to minimize deductions and pay the lowest royalties and operating costs.
I think that the Board of TXP are aware of this!

?boom?
Troy, I think that the dividend is based on shareholders' list as at 8th Jan.
Consolidation will be on the 25th, so not an issue.
Share price intended to stay the same after the dividend.
I have been in and out of this stock for years.
I sense a sea change here.
I can see a resurgence.
GLA
Can't be too much of a disappointment.
Consolidation and more to come?
Amazing result and we still can't get down to the oil. We're going to need a bigger drill

I took a small 5,000 initial holding as this seems to be one of the few Pharma Cos that hasn't jumped.
I think that it is only a matter of tome.....

Sorry I've been quiet, I don't have much time at the moment.
I'm quite sure that once we get sustained production going, the numbers will speak for themselves.
All figures to date have been understated, and sustained production numbers once flowing will prove this to be the case.
This share is a bargain.
My end of year SP range is £1,25 to £1.50 depending on Cascadura Deep outcome, but it may not yet be out at year end.
GLA
Trek it in't really a dilution at all, but an increase in the cash available and the overall value of the company has risen by the amount of the cash raised. It has a neutral effect on the net asset value per share.
VERY GOOD NEWS INDEED.
Early showings are that the ask price has remained the same.
Perhaps my £75k buy yesterday at 97.3 pence overall was Okay after all.
Phew.
Sturm, this was the right thing to do at a tiny discount.
The raise was to accelerate the growth and was a quick and easy and cheap route to the cash that we need to do grow the company.
I would have done the same thing. Watch the SP move over the next month.
Dana
Very pleased to see that the raise was at the top of my predicted range, a very small discount.
We will actually go up today.
Great news!
It is worthy of note that I alerted two of my brokers to this possibility and advised that I wished to take part in any book build.
Neither broker brought it to me, so I can only infer that this was done on a very tight basis, with few participants.
I am expecting there to be only a couple of placees, one is likely to be North, I tried to acquire their stake recently for a friend of mine, and they rejected the mid-price offer that was made.
I also anticipate that we will have a new TR1 able holding of more than 3% from an oil major, or possibly an Institution.
Only 10 minutes to wait to find out.
I firmly believe that this is the right thing to do, I have every confidence in Paul and team, and would love to be able to take TXP private for two years and then refloat at a 5X profit. It is on my 'to do list'.
Dana
Good morning all.
Sorry that I have been so quiet of late, but have been working on a couple of major deals that will be in the FT before Christmas.
I too was expecting a placing and had set aside some cash for it.
Being the true master of timing, I put £75k into TXP yesterday at an average buy price of 97.3 pence. I was surprised at how easy it was to buy.
Now I know why!
Ah well, the placing should be at around 93 to 95 pence and will be announced in 45 minutes' time.
Placings have always been followed by rapid SP rise so no concerns here for me.
The amount of good news on the horizon is massive and we should hit £1.50 by the year end.
GLA
I've been trying to price it.
Seems to be around £1 per gramme.
I ton equals £1 million.
10 tons equals £10 million per month if my pricing is correct.
This may have an impact on the share price, with income at £120,000,000 per annum.
Ezhik, it's a bit like KY Jelly then?
