Yes I'm thinking that either they will need the cash or they will need to farm out... Still more tests to do but looking promising... Onshore which is cheaper obviously, but still going to cost a fair whack and they will need the financial support... Thinking that if I was advising, I would already be pegging the price for a potential raise based on a set of results... I do believe however that DL will wait until the Kim results/necessary permissions/flows are demonstrated with confidence before raising, but some 'friends' may want a piece of the pie early IMHO... Will keep an eye out...
