I think at least one big player has a buy order in and the mm’s need to fill it at or below a set price.

What other reason would there be for the mm’s willingness to take so many shares above the bid? Not long ago you couldn’t sell £2k’s worth if someone else had just dumped 10k...now look at it you can sell 50k shares directly after someone has supposedly sold 100k.

My post referring to amounts paid over the bid means sells not buys! I did a dummy trade for 50k shares when the bid/offer was 82p/86p, I was offered (as in I could sell at) 85.2p this imo is well over the bid. At the same time I could only buy around 300 shares before it went to NT. This was not a one off and has been going on since last week.

You are maybe a “newbie” to FARN but every time they raise it the buyers pour in not the sellers. They cannot fill large orders simply by raising the price.

Seems like the mm’s don’t want it running away yet, once they do the herd arrives and they have no options, as it is they are paying way over the bid for large amounts of shares.

Clearly they still have orders to fill, and it looks like we will stay under 90p until they have finished.

Real bid has been 85.2p most of the afternoon...they just don't want too many people finding out ;)

Well they are trying to trade it...you clearly want back in abd.

Had we had a few more buys this afternoon I think 90p would easily have been broken!

I think you are right, the real bid / offer is 85.2p / 86p but they will buy loads and sell very few. The actual bid puts us up for the day, but they seem to want to show us as down maybe to lower any extra interest?

Cam I can sell 50k shares for 85p+, but if I try to buy even £200 worth its NT...

You might as well sell now then, looks like you can get your 25p at them moment.

100k "sell" yet they are still offering 3p over the bid...

We are 35% up from where we were this time last month.

Yes something is going on, and based on those two facts alone I would suggest its looking pretty positive!

I think most of the market has misunderstood the deal and what it actually means!

That include you Bottmzup if you think due diligence is 6 months, Yesterdays RNS clearly states 6 weeks -

"Both Ganfeng and Bacanora intend to complete their final due diligence and documentation by 28 June 2019 and, subject to successful completion, thereafter sign binding agreements for the transaction."

The rise is clearly driven by the large trades we have been seeing for the last week...I do not believe they are anything to do with a Twitter rumour.

The mm’s have been happy to take 50k shares above offer for most of the last week...that has not been the case in the last few months. Someone if filling orders and they don’t seem small, I agree something is happening I’m just not sure it’s the same thing you think not is.

SP was around 65p a few weeks ago, so you could say it has moved.

Agreed positions are being taken, and our free float is shrinking every day!

Better ask why Rhenman & Partners Asset Mgt are buying to then.
