You could be right, if the directors do not feel the market is valuing FARN correctly they may look at other options, if this is the case I hope it is not at the cost of the long term shareholders. Anything below £1.50 if take private and I will feel extremely cheated.

I think its a buy because there is only one way they would pay over the bid for £55k's worth of shares, that one way would be if they are filling a larger order.

Listed as a sell but got to be a buy imo.

Based on our 3% + holders we currently have a free float of only 14m shares, with what seems to be a big buyer in the market this could soon be reduced even further, its no wonder we move so quick when we start!

Without doubt games being played, buys most of the day around 73p and then somehow someone managed to “sell” 100k for 73p, I don’t think so. We did say last week it looked like someone was filling a big order.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the run up to June, we might even get more TR1’s before then.

And now a £73k sale... a sale that is assuming we are to believe the mm's filled a sale of that value at 73p, even though that has been the offer price most of the day.

I dont and think its probably another buy, posted to look like a sell.
