I won’t argue when you bought in but I’m pretty sure you have not been holding for 12 months, I remember when you and Pred both started posting here within a week or so of each other. Anyway my point is at that time we had a “failed” phase 3 and not much else, compare that to what we have now -
1. Yoda results due, with hopefully answers as to the original P3 problem.
2. Sub group of patients covering 1/3 population that can be treated regardless of Yoda.
3. Clevegen is far more advanced than it was with admittedly very early human trials showing fantastic results.
4. Partner talks for both our lead candidate drugs.
5. A higher SP and larger market cap.

So with 12 months funding, but no info on why the P3 failed and what could have been a written off Traumakine, no human feedback on Clevegen or any hope of getting partners or further substantial shareholders on board you think then was a better time to buy than now...you are not even being honest with yourself, let alone the posters on here.

Big sell? Come on Mani the mm’s are good but can they really increase a sp 70% with a big background sell to fill, while at the same time still offer over the bid for 50k+ trades? And on top of that send any buy quotes to NT that were over £300...not really the tell tale signs of a market with a big sell being worked!

Have you contacted our new CFO with your concerns over his future, he is after all leaving a job from a company owned by a big Fortune 500...maybe he has missed something that you think you have seen?

FARN is in a better position now than when you first bought, it does beg the question what made you buy in the first place...don’t feel you have to answer I expect it will have a negative spin on where we stand now.

Have you traded on aim before?
You must know the mm’s will play all types of tricks to keep the big boys happy. Where did the stock come from...

If there has been a significant sell where is the TR1?
When did they start filling these big orders?
Did they have the order to fill when the Jap results RNS dropped and the sp dropped to 55p for a short time?
Why were they offering so much over the bid for 50k+ trades most of last week and the week before?

IMO the day the “we know no reason...” RNS you often like to refer to was issued, was the day the large orders were placed, since then demand from the mm’s has been big off the scale the largest since I have been holding. At no point since last May have the mm’s been willing to pay so much over the bid for so many shares, if you think that can be explained away with a Twitter rumour or some sort of manipulation by a p&d group you are either playing us for fools or you do not have the experience I gave you credit for.

I am all for a rounded post Mani, and I did respect your posts before they clearly became so one sided. An overly pessimistic view is just as bad as a ramptastic one, and unfortunately your posts these days are all one sided.

You continue to say we have no news and you question why the rise, while not acknowledging the massive buys as the reason for the rise, claiming they are some sort of market manipulation.

You mention a twitter rumour while giving no evidence of such. IMO FARN is one of the least tweeted about company’s on aim.

Last week you were commenting on Aviva reducing there holding like it was a massive deal, while forgetting to mention that three major holders have all increased there holdings since the last placing, Aviva’s reduction was minimal compared to those increases.

Any positive comments made in the interviews are dismissed as “they should be in an RNS” yes they should, but does that mean they are not true?

I only mentioned where you sold as unless you are looking for a re-entry point I’m not sure why you still post here apart from being upset at your loss...

The fact you will not acknowledge the massive demand from the mm’s over the last few weeks really does show you are not the balanced posted you make yourself out to be. The massive trades you mention is the reason for such demand!

If you have not seen mm’s hold an aim stock that the big boys are loading up on before maybe you need more experience before making your next trade?

Ramping didn’t go into overdrive, people just took more interest as the trading range changed.

No I’m saying it didn’t cost the weeks gains which you claimed it did, I’m saying it didn’t even send the sp down for the day, or are we now using intraday movements as a measure of the week?

Fridays RNS was great news for the mm’s it allowed them to play on investor fear and grab a few more shares to continue filling those “massive trades”.

You were always negative even as a holder, selling at a lose so close to when you could have been in profit is making you even worse.

The last placing was at market price, we do not have a history of discount placings. So with our current small number of shares in issue I don’t see a placing as the massive problem Mani clearly does. In fact long term a placing that allows us to get to market could be more beneficial than a partner deal.

That’s assuming we don’t get taken over, not much comment has been made on our recent new appointment and the group he has come from...

Wait for Yoda by all means, Mani is right if they are negative the sp will take a hit possibly back to 55-65 range. However if they are positive I would expect you will have real trouble getting in anywhere below £2. Also bare in mind the sub group of patients that covers 1/3 of the population that Traumakine will work on with or without steroids, Yoda does not effect the outcome for those.

For the 1/3 we are talking about steroids are not a problem. If Yoda proves steroids are the problem it should imo open up the other potential 2/3 of patients.

The problem we may have if this happens is convincing the wider medical community not to use the steroids at the same time as the Traumakine...you see I am open to a balanced discussion ;)

Either way I agree hopefully the whole Yoda issue and confirmation on the steroid issue will be resolved ASAP on an RNS, rather than Markku just saying in interviews that they “have solved the problem”.

I am all for balanced views and opinions, I take issue with your “1/3 market at best” comment. When 1/3 is the market size based on the sub group that Traumakine is effective in with or without steroids, surly that would make it 1/3 at worst, with the possibility of 100% pending Yoda updates.

I assume you watched this interview, maybe watch the last 20 seconds again, he clearly talks about getting to market targeting the 1/3 first, then opening up the rest of the market later...if this is not the plan what is the Yoda trial trying to achieve?
