Looks to me like the mm’s used the low volume from around the 19th to try to walk us down, they won’t find it so easy now volume is returning especially with the news flow we should be seeing in the coming months.

Hopefully next year we will get a real “early Christmas present” very early would be nice ;)

Don’t give it a 2nd thought, we clashed about a share we both hold that’s going to happen until the end of bb’s. Certainly no hard feelings on my part.

It will probably surprise you to find out I agree with you, there could be great things ahead. We just need PC to realise his strengths and use some of the latest raise to bring in experts to do what he hasn’t been able to.
At this stage we should be raising to invest in plant and team expansion, value adding not keeping lights on.
I’ll lay off the bashing for a while, but it does genuinely come from a frustrated holder not someone trying to get a cheaper entry.

If this deal is as good as you think, and the heavily discount part of it is so small, why with all this new found money has the SP plunged since the announcement?

I maybe mistaken (an alien concept to you I assume) but to me that reads like they could after the first month subject to SP convert at .1 making there 200k also heavily discounted.

Specifically this bit -
“and after the initial month, at the greater of the Market Price and the Floor Price (0.1 pence per share).”

What does this bit mean Claire?

“Each convertible security may be converted in full or in part at any time of the Investor's choosing during the two-year term of the convertible security, initially at 0.16 pence per share, and after the initial month, at the greater of the Market Price and the Floor Price (0.1 pence per share).”

How many shares did they buy at .16 Claire?

Struggling to see the bit where it says they have spent £200k at .16 Claire, I do wish you would stop spouting your opinions as fact, I understand you are a fan girl of PC but your condescending posts really don’t help us discuss what is actually going on here.

Neither does the rest of the market looking at the SP reaction…can you please copy and paste the line from the RNS that says they are putting £200k in at .16

Unless they have someone as inept as PC running their finance dept they will not pay until the end of Dec 23. Why would they? Once they pay the $50k there is absolutely no reason for them to pay us before then, unless they need to write down $1.25m we have a 12 month wait.

And it’s costing us in further discounted dilution, and for that we can and should blame PC. I’m pretty sure Tolsa could not have secured $1.25m at 4% from a normal commercial lender, and I’m certain PC couldn’t.

Fair point, but the extension option does highlight we need someone involved in negotiations that can actually negotiate and close a deal in a timely manner. We have lost more than the $50k in dilution due to us having to wait another 12 months for the deal to finalise.

We have basically just funded Tulsa $1.25m at an interest rate of 4%, whilst at the same time having to do a heavily discounted placing…please tell me you can see the problem there?

So we are getting the $50k!
This comment from PC pretty much sums up how little he thinks of the shareholders -

In what world is this an early present? Maybe had the $1.25m deal closed he could have used that line, as it is he will probably dilute us further using the $50k as a hook.

The funding doesn’t really inspire much confidence, we have seen a 30% slump in sp since it was announced three weeks ago, yet TNZ are still in profit!
And 200k at .16 could quite easily be 200k at .1 if pc doesn’t actually put the money to good use and create some value. Oh well what’s a bit more dilution when we have some nice wooden stakes in the ground and some currently worthless permits?
Are we still expecting $1.25m incoming before year end? The way it’s currently playing out we won’t even see the $50k for the extension.
PC needs to get his act together and quickly or the next dilution will be on even worse terms than this one!

Are the RNS’s even worth the time that’s spend typing them out? This is from two years ago!

Nothing has changed since then apart from now we don’t even have a target for first commercial production.

Absolutely not financial advise but getting them safely in an ISA now before the real rise starts has got to be a no brainer!

I’m just trying to get a feel for where CS will go now it’s no longer top priority…I mean PC didn’t do a great job of selling it when it was the flagship, I dread to think what will happen to it now.
Maybe those of us that admit to being less than pleased at the way PC is running the project would be happier if he used some of the latest dilution for something value adding rather than another keep the lights on raise!
