This stinks of foul play! I won’t be surprised to see a low ball offer come in now. Having said that no excuses we should not have let ourselves get into this position.

We deserve answers as to how this was allowed to happen…I’m not 100% sure we will get them!

This can and will be resolved with a placement, and the cost to us is additional dilution that we didn’t need to give away!
