Seek advise...I would love to know what that means in regards to a potential release.

This is a major positive, and could be a route back to a quick market release, even if it is to a reduced market! This is potentially a game changer imo.

Looks like we should open blue today, Wins have set the offer at 65p probably after that late 15k buy yesterday.

It would be nice to see Wins push the bid a little today, as it does seem to be them holding us back recently.

Looking at there holding if that trade on Friday was a sale by Cannacord they are out now, which means we can hopefully start moving up again.

Cannacord are reducing, holdings RNS 22nd June shows them holding 4.7566% this according to the latest update is now down to 3.15%. They could have reduced further if those trades on Friday were sales made by them.

Kev, the RNS and interview are slightly contradicting each other hopefully all will become clear soon. I have re-watched the interview a couple of times, 4.40 onward he is talking about partners being interested in the Yoda results he uses the words "MANY of them have said if we can explain the result..." I like the use of the word many ;)

To understand the reduced biomarker response to Traumakine administration, even where corticosteroids were not administered in the INTEREST study, a new FP-1201-lyo pharmacokinetic/dynamic study, YODA, is already underway in approximately 50 healthy volunteers. This will determine the optimum mechanism of administration to achieve a full biomarker response with first results expected in Q4 2018. The YODA study may also be extended to examine concomitant use of Traumakine and corticosteroids to get final in vivo evidence for corticosteroid interference of interaction activity.

It will be nice to see Wins go on the bid, they seem to have had all the stock in the world this last week or so.

I have just seen a very compelling reason we maybe on someones takeover target. We are currently valued at less than the value of the potential tax loss write off a company could make by buying us out! Our tax losses alone are worth 74p per share based on 31m shares in issue. I dont know if its as simple as I am making out, I am sure someone with more knowledge will correct me if I'm wrong.

"The total amount of cumulative tax losses carried forward approved by tax authorities on 31 December 2017 was €23.5 million (2016: €14.2 million). The Company estimates that it can utilise €23.3 million of these during the years 2019 to 2026 by offsetting them against future profits. In addition, Faron has €2.8 million of research and development costs incurred in the financial years 2010 and 2011 that have not yet been deducted in its taxation. This amount can be deducted over an indefinite period at the Company's discretion."
