“I am more confident than ever that we have the right team and strategy in place to quickly move b exmarilimab from the clinic to a commercial launch. “
Commercial launch in always nice to read…especially when used in combination with the term “quicky”!

"The initial biomarker analysis is exciting as it helps us better understand which patients are most likely to respond to treatment with bexmarilimab monotherapy," said Dr. Markku Jalkanen, Chief Executive Officer of Faron. "The data also demonstrates that bexmarilimab is igniting an immune response, turning a cold tumor hot, in certain heavily pre-treated patients with checkpoint inhibitor resistant disease. This means bexmarilimab may serve as a catalyst for the immune system allowing initially checkpoint inhibitor resistant patients to become responsive to PD-1 blockade."
Just a hunch but I think we are going to be bought out, the SP flat lining like it has for the last 6/7 weeks is not normal.
It’s not something I really want to see at this stage, as I don’t think any buy out now would see us valued anywhere near our potential.
Markku is presenting at an investor event today -

“played the CEO game a little bit for the fund raise”
I would be more inclined to agree with this if it was a raise we were being asked to support, but as it wasn’t even open to us I’m not sure we can say we have been played.
With the Traumakine trial already underway and additional Bex trials starting soon all we need is a bit of patience…and obviously the results to go our way ;)
“Yes , we have a rich uncle in the form of Timo . He has been pivotal in the early days in helping build up and maintain a steady ownership of shares . including Markku , his family and Juho , they now own approx 25% of the company.”
I would add Tom-Erik Lind and Marco Salmi to the list of sticky hand holders, that’s got to push that figure to around 35%.
Timo may seem to be a rich uncle figure, but he is also a very successful businessman, he didn’t get that way by being sentimental or by throwing good money after bad. He has once again increased his holding by €5M, taking the largest slice of this round of fund raising. This is his own money that he is risking, I pretty sure at some point he is expecting to make a big return on his investment.
