You are missing the point Boffin, it's not about finding enough to feed shareholders it's about generating enough to cover M&A, initially.

How big is the exploration team? If we're relying on AJ to oversee the work it's little wonder we can only work on one project at a time. Surely they've not downed tools at BM to move to Lolworth?

I should add that regardless of these fees, the company has some quality assets and a dedicated board. I'm still not convinced of production from Blue Mountain in the short term, there seems to have been a shift in the terminology. There was a suggestion that they would produce from a small plant, now however it sounds like this will be a pilot plant to determine the viability. Perhaps I'm splitting hairs.

The fact that this party has not been mentioned is highly suspicious imo, it leads me to believe that this advisor is an individual and would be seen as "a bit left field" by the market. Then we have the issue of the shares....I won't say anymore but look at what's been happening here over the last 6 months. Just a thought.

I agree with you Mental, a pattern we have seen for some time. We have seen heavy buying the day before a RNS drops, now for the record I'm not suggesting that anybody is giving out nods and winks but it's a little suspicious don't you think?

JohnHenry, how much negotiation have you been involved in? Contracts or no contracts the company was skint, the lenders had them over a barrel.

Anybody who understands market mechanics knows that Xenon isn't right. I and others have been saying for well over week that the majority of shares would have been flipped last week using T+10/T+20.
