It's one broker Mental, going short to 0.24 and buying back to 0.28. Look at the short squeeze created back in July, sp was pulled back to 0.24 and news hit a day later. There was a scramble for stock which sent the sp to 0.40.

Argonaut being engaged is positive and potentially transformative, they had made progress here where some have failed. When you look at the potential this company has it's quite incredible, I would say 80-90% of AIM companies have maximum of 2 assets. However, the board need to start turning these opportunities into success. Mr Market knows we're running on a shoestring and at some point the cap will be passed around the City. One of the main reasons this hit 4p in the CB says is because we had £5m in the bank and although the still couldn't find gold the risk of a placing was known minimal, although I seem to remember CB raising anyway lol.

Agree Block, I can see this sitting in the 0.40's before news drops. The market has missed the enormity of the opportunity here on the requirements of the RTO. How we can have a 10% slice of a £250m asset and be sat at 4m quid is madness but then the market is missing at lot at the moment. Traders should be back next week which should increase volumes.

Looking at those trades from yesterday it appears Dennis has bought some more. Speaks volumes!

I'm sure they are TI and i'm sure in time that some of what has been mentioned will come to fruition so we can all walk off into sunset with our hard earned profit. However we are investors and we're here to make money but we haven't made a penny in the last 12 months. Now, to be fair this share price saga isn't their fault and in reality we should be much higher but I cant help but feel they invited the wolves to the door when they engaged with certain parties. So how long is too long bearing in mind that we can earn 5% from a bank with no risk.

As for Nick and Mike having too much to lose, lets not forget that they can walk away with a load of 0.30 shares equivalent to £90k a year. They would argue that £90k a year for a Director is low, I would argue that NT is working part time.

Thanks for the summary TI, appreciate it. My view is that MW and NT have forged a lot of opportunity in the last 12 months, however very little has been executed. We spent time and money on Creswick for very little when there was never any intention of developing a small scale operation, why?

I understand the logic of adding strings to the bow but that's like having 3 Lamborghinis in the garage but no driving license, pointless. To me this all appears to be window dressing to attract a partner, unfortunately most majors won't bat an eye at soil and stream samples. We've had 12 months of what comes across as flannel but there's been no execution. We've heard about potential financing, JV partners, tax losses and neighbours peering over our fence but no actual outcome.

We know they will need to raise in Dec and here we are with a sp in the gutter, at what price do we think the next raise will be? It's a taboo subject but we're less than 3 months away. I'm afraid whoever is shafting the price has the board over a barrell, the clock is ticking.

As for the helium, smoke and mirrors imo.

I don't believe there any left. PEEL are doing their best to keep a lid on this and to be fair they've played a blinder all the way down from 1.40. The question is, are they short and if so by how much?

They've possibly gone short from 1.40, maybe higher and will be using placing share to cover.

They're still sat on the ASK, when they move the price rises. Bulk of the volume, has been going through PEEL.

You have to wonder what PEEL's position is here, they are independently controlling the book.

Looks like there is some placing overhang. The volume was coming through Shore as I remember, the place MM these sells are coming from. Then again, they are short on a fair few stocks.

Agree Mooching but it closed at 0.30 on the day it hit 0.37. A close above 0.31 would be bullish but it makes no difference to me as I'm here for the RTO.

A break above 0.31 is new territory so who knows where this will go, 0.40 as the first stop is more than realistic. The RTO was at an advanced stage 3 months ago.

Non commercial yet they are applying for a mining license, to line what? What a load of tosh has been written on this board.
