It's all about the wind power contracts.

Surely the company cant be blind to the changing landscape of energy production...anyone who's involved with Wind or Solar power production and infrastructure should be onto a winner n the next few years...

These projects are going to start accelerating now with money being pumped into ensuring work is available to industry.

It's all about Lamprell converting opportunities into cold hard cash now..

I think there's a lot more to come from this company. Movement away from oil to wind power, considering the expected changes in energy supply infrastructure because of Covid.

I agree. I'll be holding and waiting till July 4th and assessing then.

I'm more interested in the Cineplex deal and the impact than anything else.

My opinion:

The protest is just. No-one should receive any less care based on race, colour, creed etc
From the pictures there's clearly very little social distancing.
Masks not worn by some.
Violence breeds violence. No need for police brutality. No need to chuck bricks at coppers.

...And most importantly...

Why is there always so much litter after a protest!?!

I'm staying put.. I'm in at around at just under 70... peanuts really but it's all the cash I could magic up.

I see no reason if this hits 120-150 by end of august (i'm pulling these numbers out the air) why I wouldn't hold until the first half of 2021 at the very least. Surely that would be sensible given that numbers spike in attendance in normal years.

Usually there's a spike in August, October and December... as we are backed up with films anyway surely the knock on effect would be a more even spread all the way through to the New Year taking everything into account. Would this not impact the takings and give good results for CINE?

British Gypsum plaster and plasterboard back to 100% and 90% production respectively by June 26th. Back orders will start to be fulfilled. Pretty essential for Insulation laminates and general building work.

They'll run the 3 week course, watch the figures drop, then open up... IMHO.

Hi. I'm new but have been lurking a little across a few boards. I said hello on another a few days ago.

I'm not so up on reading chart and graphs yet so put simply I feel that this company is work a punt at this price. I'm involved in the industry so I completely understand the position they are in and the products they sell. Please tell me if I'm misunderstanding but have SIG raised capital through a private sale to CD&R and are now looking on raising a 2nd load of cash over the next few weeks to bolster their position so they can basically go about re-engaging customers and move the business forward...

Is this the long and short of it as it stands?

If so, I feel this is worth a punt as the price seems very low compared to the share price a number of years ago??
