So Lordy, The answer is an emphatic NO…..the directors do NOT have any skin in the game. Just options, which is very common with directors of small cap mining companies. A bad measure of confidence from theBoD, in my opinion.

All this money paid out in CTL salaries way, way exceeds any brown envelope that would have smoothed the CEOL’s approval path several years ago!
