In order to shoulder some of the responsibility for AIM from the FCA, the 'NOMAD' system was created.
A NOMAD is a 'NOMinated ADvisor', which is a corporate entity responsible for ensuring that AIM company acts within the regulatory rules. Having a NOMAD is a listed company mandatory requirement.
The problem is that the NOMAD should be an independent body.
But it's not !
The AIM company pays the NOMAD.
This means that the NOMAD has a vested interest, and thus is now more likely to turn a blind eye to potential problems if it means the retainer keeps coming in.
Whether or not these fees have ever influenced a NOMAD to act in a different matter is another question.
The conflict of interest here is real.
Why doesn't HUR's NOMAD look into the disparity in HUR's SP ?
Clearly people are concerned, and are not enjoying this ride....

He is so content with the HUR ship that he has gone on holiday for the Christmas period!

He has worked his guts off for the last 14 years on his beliefs, when the rest poo-poo'ed him. Value will out on this share.

I think you'll find that Halifax is now on the back burner, whilst HUR sort out with partner Spirit how to proceed on Warwick in light of the indifferent results there and how best to proceed on their 'banker' Lancaster with the EPS.
In addition to the still planned tie-back from Lincoln to AM, it seems from the recent RNS that HUR are proposing " ...to accelerate the drilling of a third horizontal producing well in the Lancaster field in order to minimise the time that the rig is standing idle. Should this well proceed, it is envisaged that it will be tied back to the Aoka Mizu FPSO in 2021 with first oil expected at the end of 2021."

No doubt (?) all will become clearer by the March 2020 CMD.....;->
It might be interesting to ask HUR PR direct about this 'dog that didn't bark' and see what they say !

The volume at 17m+ is not to be sniffed at. This is not casual profit taking. This is fund selling in concert, and a manipulated attempt at driving the price down. I'm afraid it is AIM at its most notorious.
BTW, there was a very good article in Investors' Chronicle this week called "AVOID AIM'S TRAPS" , which outline AIM's failings and hazards. Not good reading if invested in an AIM share !

You are right Chablard. people like EV think they are smart, but they are an embarrassment to themselves. He is a man with limited knowledge, and is unconvincing as such. I think he has made some bad mistakes financially on this share, and is bitter.
Probably better if he took up religion, or something, where he can preach to the innocent.
Most people here have huge confidence in Dr. T, and know he is not here to pull the wool over our eyes. To what end? After 14 years of his hard work and excellent progress, the proof is in the profit.

Halifax : I appreciate what is said in the 2017 CPR. I was just wondering why it's not mentioned any more ?
It is still considered an asset, I assume.

One area(asset?) was not mentioned on that last RNS.
It was HALIFAX ! ........100% HUR owned.
Can someone please inform us all what is the HUR position with that area?
What is planned? ....
When is it going to be brought into the fold? ....
What do they expect from it?
