RE: That MSS survey keeps giving....16 Feb 2022 20:51
I think they put just enough out to keep you teasing us ;)
If those are natural ponds that dry up and refill most season, then sampling may have been at an opportune moment, could have been anytime, historical data maybe..
But He1 were doing water sampling in 2017, before our doc was published so those marks maybe from then..
"- Planning of a second phase Rukwa soil gas and groundwater geochemistry survey is in progress for field work to start in the third quarter of 2017"
2016 they were doing soil sampling, but would they scrap out holes detectable by satellite?
Have you questioned that the 3 original prospects were chosen at best with the available data which was not quite good enough, especially after reviewing the 2D infill after which we seem to have moved on. , Ye but maybe Tai was always there, just needed the data.
At that time Tai was considered too small to be worth while.. Mbuni was the largest, but we never had any seismic drawings, no information for it.. If you look at phase 1 proposed 2D infill map, there is just one seismic line through that location, and the contour lines converge to a point(possible data error/artefact)...that questions why Mbuni was chosen, but I know very little, so its all waffle...
