It's just like He1, when out of the blue, first time ever the NOMAD pushed He1 into advising the market a placing was coming.. The NOMAD knew the impact, and probably all the inside info.. What followed was a continued fall in share price as every few days the markets adjusted in a 30% placing discount... what results was a super cheap placing for the smarts, a rock bottom price and a x16 bounce...

Its likely setup for the possibility off a double fall, ..

The NOMAD, belonging to a financial institute that exists to make money, probably sees two opportunities...

1. No FDA Approval, most traders are in for the FDA multi-bagger and will create a firesale if that falls through. ,, So todays premature update created fire-sale 1, and probably pulled in some speculators who will add to the selling pressure if the review is negative , which will be the main event...The fire-sale.. But the story I not over as the CLIA route is still open but the share price will be rock bottom creating enhanced upside over a longer term..

Those are reasons why the company was advised to announce before the review has concluded... It's about playing probabilities to create extra upside....

Instead of updating once after the review it has been decided to issue two price sensitive updates for technically one event... Thats playing the market

This is a set up, you don't announce a review, before the outcome, thats either setting up 2x 50% drops or a 50%, then big bounce... either way the NOMADs financial company wins as they seen the RNS before it was released and have all the dirty secrets.. 2x50% drops sets up massive upside in the long run....

I don't believe there is any oil in that well, NGL and gas...

If you read the updates they don't seem to mention oil directly or give the actual amount of gas, but specify NGL...

Too much gas lowers returns, but the NGL is priced similar to WTI oil..

The other thing, the well saying it could produce 2mmboe, well thats close the the recoverable reserves quoted for the whole basin, so is that it, job done or will there be a resource upgrade .....you would think the later there will be a resource upgrade, could see another price sensitive update on upgrade, maybe speculative buying ahead... So fingers crossed on good results
