RE: Zeph7 May 2025 12:26
I took 49% on first sell, and 55% on 2nd, thats super...was it 5 or 6 months, thats 15+ years of interest on the high street , If I can roll into another and sell within 2025,
Plenty of large buys going in at 4.5p but I suspect thats those that have built large Zeph positions, in for the longterm, buying back cheaper ...who knows
Mmmmmmm, just read that update with my AI buddy...
It spotted something my brain did'nt register
Total Annual Revenue:
$3,832,500 (gas, gross est.$3mcf) + $3,504,000 (oil, net-back est $32bo) + $3,471,800 (condensate, net-back est $32bo) = $10,808,300/year
At $40bo net-back
$3,832,500 (gas) + $4,380,000 (oil) + $4,343,500 (condensate) = $12,556,000/year
50/50 split Zeph/investor...

If details are correct
1. Gas Revenue (Gross)
Gas Production: 3.5 mmscf/d (average).
Gas Price: $3/MSCF.
Gas Revenue (Daily):
3.5 mmscf/d × $3 = $10,500/day.
Annual Gas Revenue:
$10,500/day × 365 = $3,832,500/year.
2. Oil Revenue (Net-back)
Oil Production: 300 bopd (average).
Net-back: $40/barrel (already accounting for royalties, taxes, etc.).
Oil Revenue (Daily):
300 bopd × $40 = $12,000/day.
Annual Oil Revenue:
$12,000/day × 365 = $4,380,000/year.
3. NGL (Condensate) Revenue (Net-back)
Condensate Yield: 85 barrels of oil per mmscf.
Daily Production: 3.5 mmscf/day.
Condensate Production (Daily):
3.5 mmscf/day × 85 bo/mmscf = 297.5 barrels/day.
Condensate Revenue (Daily):
297.5 barrels × $40 = $11,900/day.
Annual Condensate Revenue:
$11,900/day × 365 = $4,343,500/year.
