Blue Helium have been drilling 1200 ft holes with a mobile rig(truck) for approx $300,000
The model down from the predator, so I think costs could be a lot less than a tower rig..

My doubt is based on the fact existing share holders already agreed disapplication for the placing of further 200m shares after admission, showing they are not against it.. That also suggests the next 100m need not go to existing share holders. At the AGM there was no mention that condition would be changing..
The extra 100m, to be issued unconditionally suggests its their shout..

Time will tell, like I said I dont really know, and the fact you have to read 3 different sections in the prospectus does'nt help..

after admission, disapplication was in place for over 200,000,000 Ordinary Shares, so that explains why we did'nt take part in the first raise..

There is also a statement "The Company is not subject to any statutory pre-emption rights in favour of existing Shareholders under the Act. The Company has voluntarily adopted such pre-emption...."
But P173 6.4.12,
The Company has adopted pre-emption rights in respect of its entire issued share capital,
100 per cent. of which may be dis-applied, and directors shall be authorised to issue and
allot further shares in the capital of the Company.

So looks we may or may not be offered ??

@DD13, I dont doubt you, I just thought the dilution was getting a bit too much focus, when you try out a few figures..

I struggle with all the financial stuff, I think I understand something, then find I cant apply it..
So a share whose market cap was say 120m, has assets of £80m and has £40m cash in the bank
I think wow, the shares are the full worth of the company, 1 million shares £120 each,
but the value of the assets appear to be the share capital, so now I believe value of the shares are £80 each

Troajan, It was all bought up quickly, but there were 4 fully funded drills on the cards, and massive FOMO..
A great time to do the raise, a smart move..that he probably will like to repeat..

I was talking a mate saying I should have sold PRD yesterday but think 8p might be possible..I have 6.39p with costs..
DELT seems to have repeated support at 3.5p, and drilling is not till October, worth watching, especially if it drops lower..

Not a bad move, I should have followed sdg1970 at around 11p, but I would have bought back lower, so my arm is twisted to hold now..
What is frustrating I decided to buy in here after the rig and no further funding was likely, so I waited until both were indicated... Thats why I am a muscles fan..

DD13, your an accountant, why not put out a few dilution examples, how about verifying my example which based on 600M shares in issue(He1 621m) shows a dilution of 100m shares at 20% discount, based on 10p(8p) per share results in a 3% reduction, 9.7p.. in theory anyway..

Then I have some accounting questions for you, if your grey matter can still do that stuff, as I can remember much about my trade anymore, totally gone, almost...

600k sell the other day, PI being a little more positive around bank holiday , so probably the MM making a little extra commission by creating the impression the price is increasing with a large spread..
More sells than buys with a price increase, The large spread could mean the displayed Ask is probably higher than what is really being paid so mid is too high also..
who knows, its all regulated and above board if you dont get caught..

Void, You could say caught, We were told something about a MOU in Feburary, so I paid a premium..
But March we had no rig which Ian had to make clear...
Like I have said before I am out of pocket, by more than a few thousand, but fingers crossed we will have that rig....

@Wyn, you have been around a long time, so I am watching 4 oilers/gas, some you know you have missed the boat, and others you "think" you have missed the boat and miss out again because you think the price is already a premium..
