In New Zealand, one Taranaki player, Greymouth Petroleum, has even built its own unit, converting an old fire-engine into a drilling rig. Greymouth said the rig would be available for hire to other explorers when the company was not using it.

@DD13, we do have to get on with it, but because some guy could not be bothered to wear a mask even though he had a cough, he was infecting people, some of whom will have lost around 5 days work(Production), others stay home(Not Spending).. I was at the back of the queue too..
Ironically he did me a favour, I have had a gum infection for the last two year, not being properly treated during covid its persisted with my dentists best efforts. My gums went really sore with omnicron, infection burst, and so far has appears clear.. ;)

DD13, The Gov may not recognize COVID now, I caught it less than 3 weeks ago, a guy coughing in Tesco, all he had to do was put a mask on while in the shop, its easy and painless. Funny, then coming up to 10 days I needed to use the post office, so put a mask on while inside, young mum behind me sniffing and mouth breathing, kid bright red runny nose.. Not so long ago my parents neighbour got taken in the hospital, face had dropped one side, omnicron.. COVID and strokes are related, so people should still be aware, especially those later in life..

August RNS audit 80% complete, faults catalogued, no details
This RNS, 1 fault, no audit details..
Now the audit was paused beginning of August, no reason given, so have we been on stop since then or did they restart only to stop again.. If the latter we have had 2 show stoppers within the later stages of the audit, and we have no idea what the last 20% consists of..

Informing people audit is 80% complete, and giving no fault details kind of suggests 80% passed, and some will increase their holdings..

No1, Maybe thats a short being bought back, all the stuff on the web about shorts, its hard to tell if shares are really borrowed, sold high and then bought back or whether the brokers have some other magic happening..

Mmm, I think the injectors is just to take the spot light away from something else,
Surrendering a licence, you give away its assets and take a hit on the costs, fees and work done.
The last 3 renewed licences would have meant an impairment charge of just over £2m if not granted.
Partial relinquishment looks to be a reduction in areas, I dont have a clue how they go about that and keep the area the asset is mapped to, maybe the areas are subdivided into smaller sections..

They are talking about every injector on the engine being faulty, with just 5000 hours drilling plus driving

The rig has been about for over decade, first inspection you bring in someone with years of experience, they will know if the engine right as soon as it starts. Plenty of guys in Texas with that kind of experience, there were two field ready predators for sale round about the time of that Texas trip, could have bought both for the price being asked for the Kenian rig..
