lol, what it is saying is, if your land based you can convert fire engines into drilling rigs, so no issue..

@KevR, All the drills I have followed have failed, 4 Dusters, 1 Failure to get finance for the up and coming drill, and another refused access(protests).. So all had significant price falls..
So only being able to take advantage of rising prices seems a handicap.

As it has production, I guess the 1st question is it profitable, and at what prices.
Not sure if there was Spanish based mine that was in problems because of energy cost, might even have made a big investment in upgrading it power supply , only for the fuel price to increase. So owed on the upgrade, then became uneconomical to run..

That wording is in this note, suggesting they are approaching that stage..

Your forgiven, still very interesting, the fire engine drilling rig, and the storm that had a number of off-shore rigs go missing..
Was reading about a floating gas storage/gasification facility being proposed a distance out to sea that meant it was not an eyesore, and then you read about storms like that.. Crazy world, people want to live in an always on world but dont want to see power facilities
