Syme is another that pumps after lows, may have convertible loan notes so I suspect its the loaners manipulating the share price before conversion, so pushing the price down, converting to shares, then pumping...

Kev, should have asked your opinion before buying PRD, I have waited so long for 7.1 ish, I bought yesterday, and today sub 7.2 to buy shown in trades. thats that little comfort of being able to sell mid 7s,

Cinnabar Well Successfully Drilled and Moving to Production,
The mud-log confirmed multiple oil-bearing Wilcox sands from 9,050 feet to 9,850 feet.
The next steps are to run wireline logs followed by run and cement production casing, and then proceed to put the well on production. Flow tests are not required as the production capability is already demonstrated at the existing production wells in the lease area

24th Cinnabar Well Moving to Production
Multiple potential production zones ("pay") were identified on mudlogs and have now been confirmed by wireline logging.

The deepest Wilcox sand will be "flow tested" as a "possible" production zone..............
A little further down
if the deeper Wilcox sands do not produce at a satisfactory flow rate, the intention is flow test another Wilcox sand as an alternative initial production zone.

Anyway MC is ~£5m
If the targeted production rates are achieved, Mosman Net Production could increase 88% from "130" boepd (as reported for quarter ending March 31, 2022) to circa "245" boepd.

You could say that the stock was partying like it is 1999. So much so I was more interested in its rise, than the political news of the day. This was important as the first sign of a lasting turnaround in the small-cap space will be the return of the half-bagger, bagger stocks on a daily basis.

Boil. Did you get in low, thats a pump and dump share, nothing is going to materialize for a while. so to rise like that was crazy.. Even the new estimates for Chuditch, are ramped up, x10 PRD's mou-2...

PRD, announced rig contract, and mobilization. also stated pad was completed, so not at the given location as people have been watching, sat view.. Share price drifted back by end of day, so bought last trade of the day..

Noticed IOG and BOIL both showed extra movement about mid day, which is 7am New York.
Add that with CNBC showing BOIL
And IOG being associated with CalEnergy Resources Limited, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company..

@KevR, I believe the 2.84p warrants were issued during the initial fund raising, the IPO.
If you read the IPO doc you will find some details..
Warrants can also be issued as a sweetner during a placing, freebies, say 1 share plus a warrant..
As payment for services,
Where a placing share issue price has fallen below market price warrants maybe issued to compensate..
It gives the holder the right to buy at a fixed price, within a certain period, with an expiration date..
They can also have a lockin date ensuring the holder does not convert and sell before a certain date

I don't know it does highlight even though the share price has reduced the companies value is going up, but through more than quadrupling the amount of shares, but then again the MC has not more than quadrupled in relation..

But maybe what your saying is why I am struggling with the concept, just seems often people shout out the company is undervalued and quote the MC..

so what do you use to value a company not in full production, ?
Google finance show 3 statements for each company, the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow, do you know if the figures are good..
For GFM,
the income statement shows a Net Income(profit I believe) of 1.5m, and a profit margin of 8.73
the Balance sheet shows 25m in cash, and Price to book 0.53( so assets worth more than your sp)
So the income statement makes me think they are making a profit, and balance sheet seems attractive
But
The Cash flow statement is telling me operations cost more than they get back, so a loss ??
And appears more than Net income..
Now I have read the FCF is what the company is worth using Discounted cash flow, which really puts a spanner in the works ??

Started comparing finances, Vast with GFM, seen a vast spike in vasts chart, then off on a tangent,,,
CLN finance and placing after placing... :(
Total Voting Rights 4 April 2022 347,062,332. sp 0.7p sp 2.4M MC
Total Voting Rights 26 Sept 2022 1,629,643,324. sp 0.41p 6.68M MC
So September the company was worth almost x2.8 Aprils MC, while the PI was seriously out of pocket, investment worth just 59% Aprils value.....

Wondering if I have that wrong, there must be a way to overlay MC on share price graph ?
