Rig contracted, Site usage/contruction Permit granted, think another, maybe drilling to come
Speculation on funding, so chance of low entry and possible multi-bagger from past history
Not saying its a buy... just worth a read... risky holding for result as with any oiler

Interesting as DM mentioned an issue with all signatories coming forward, but he also claimed He1 would have a team on the ground to expedite things, when it seems it was clearly beyond them.. So probably another load of cobblers

Cuff's case is a Ruling, while the other on the same day is a Judgement

Remember he talked about the export papers, not all signatories coming forward and getting a team on the ground to expedite things...
Turns out Cluff have a dispute with its partner who operated the rig, so i cant see how He1 could expedite anything..
Since they mentioned export papers being part of the audit process they obviously new what was going on, so alluding to an issue but providing the facts.........

Always a twist, the guy cant be trusted...
