The rig(predator), is still in question as DM claimed the issue was export paper signatories, but then the court case came to light..So I guess DM may have been telling porkies....

If they raise at a discount, and enough are waiting on the sidelines, there will be a rush , the II flippers are going to want to sell at full premium..
