DELT, recent BOD buy on the market 1m at 2.6p, now 52 week low, 1.68p to buy ??

Nicol, who joined the board of Deltic in November 2021, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 2.60p each, for a total value of £26,000.

Not sure DELT can take full advantage of that Tax relief, unless making good profits..

Any reason for the 52 week low, its got a discovery under it belt now..?

I am waiting for the herd on 88e to rescue me....
Probably will have to take a hit, then watch the rise on good news...

Maybe a FTSE stock recovery, I think IAG will be good for 10%....150p

88e, went through its history again, probably done it many times, just so forgetful, so need to start going over and over anything I own..Or selective memory..

Merlin 2, from spud, it dropped on each update, so spud, BOP test, TD, and finally the bad news..

If everybody though like Noba, it would be blue..
But there are still some willing to sell at these prices..
No sellers at low prices and eventually the price has to rise,
Then sometimes you have to question the timing of the sellers, when group together not sporadic,

I like losses, ensures I have a consistent performance, and you can't beat that lol...

The more you watch the more you wonder, 88e, hardly a seller, so why do the big sellers are together ?
If volume is low, but almost all buyers, eventually the price should rise, so why sell large, especially when no news is due for a few days?

I have it as 59 trades, 48 buyers, 11 sellers.. so far..

@smallfishbigpond, not if you got in on Friday, better price to sell, tight spread so better price to buy..
So not sure its down 5% on Friday....

If I was the MM, I would start the Breakout, to increase turn over, commission and profit..
Just losing money like me otherwise......... :)

CLN, converted at 3.5p ???, I suspect there is a time limit where that 3.5p defaults to a weight average at a discount, somewhere in the missing small print...

@Tro, Mmmmmm, they used the reserves to stop the price rising from demand, so now the reserves are lower, when China opens up demand will increase...
Also when winter comes demand will increase for heating oils...

Bargaining the news will lower prices, maybe...
Could be why JSE dropped on Friday, the day after the long waited FSPO restart update..

December, In at 1.9p, sell at around 3.2p
Back in at 2.3p, out at 3.9p, before placing

Killer looks to be the long drill with radio silence, from Spud, plus BB lacked those technical experts, only to be trolled by the resident posters.. still there today ???

at later stages past expected TD suggesting testing was underway to confirm discovery..
Unfortunately a delay extended the drilling, but there was no update ........duster

I think the BOD getting in on the raise does well too, especially if they really take advantage..
Less free warrants, too, as they are a sweetener ...

check out the price movement around the approval/meeting of their raise.
Raise and open offer was at 3.5p, between announcement and approval share price dropped just below 3p, shortly after it recovered but just about 10% profit...

Unless you were able to forward sell your shares, buy the low and sell the next peak, which the big guns could, all while the little guy was locked in...
