RNS from 88e asking people to vote as only 4% have so far, I always thought we did'nt count.
Apparently some resolutions will fail, and a conditional spill will take place..
Sent a scary update, possibility of no flow test and gave a voting recommendation ?
Thought the big holders got their way, so cant be many

@Keefy, I had a 88e voting form through the post from my broker , 1st time too
The last company I voted for, other BB posters saying the brokers did not offer voting
So seems no consistency..

@skippy, last time I voted was via my brokers on-line chat, and just gave the company name..

If I recall correctly I thought a chunk of the company shares were being sold to another party at 18p..or deal possible?
So not sure how the price looks to have been 16p to buy

Some seem excited, pushing it as almost a done deal, the final step..

But appears another unmentioned step, sounds like they still have to agree the terms, and nothing is binding yet so the bidder can still walk..
I wonder if they are agreeing with more than 1, as I guess since nothing is binding, the JV could start playing hardball, and offer less once the competition has been dismissed..

Look what happened to Gcat with both funders walking as apparently the first and main funder amended their terms during negotiations, which Gcat could no longer meet..the 2nd walked as a result..

I remember another claiming they had a choice of funders, chose their preferred, ..
Months later they had a better loan which they used to get out of the first
So I think initially they took what they could get.......

So another step in the process before drilling or before another farm-out step involving Tanzanian Gov Dept, ?

I remember you selling your position just before me, I missed the price, and your trade was in amongst a batch off big sells that together dropped the price, killing the rise,,,
Then seen repeated patterns, people waiting on the same tickup to sell, so had to be quick to get that price..

I am staring to see similar, TOM is an interesting one, New CLN 1st tranch taken, lows, TR1s for HNW individuals, big trades,...people are buying into someone knows something....

Its AIM easy to Manipulate if you have the money, , I think we have groups of traders working together on certain stocks too.. Watch for fairly consecutive big trades near full AsK or lowest Bid.. Also gives a clue to when the sellers are taking too much profit for the rise to continue...

JSE, might be worth a watch now, back to 2021 price and production, but forecast for a big increase in production..mid next year.. but will be using debt, I think, ( I wonder if borrowing today for growth has some investment related tax advantages especially during high inflation, ?)

@PortfolioPower, I got hung out to dry only yesterday on 88e, maybe next week for AMC
I was wondering what will be left after that payout, plus video suggests there is a project in the pipe-line but no mention of funding/costs ?

@Tro, Capricorn, I wonder about that debt, they had a US$1b rebate, you would think its cleared but I have little knowledge how companies handle their business, will have to a look..

there are small trades listed, 66 shares...interesting since the consolidation is 70 old for 33 new..
So I believe too small to consolidate..
So I guess they get their holding sold off..
66x 115p, div..
then 66 x market value of share, I guess on or after consolidation...lucky dip time..
