BEN, went from IPO 10p to +100p, then suddenly tumbled to 20p, dont think there was much dilution involved in that either but not checked,,,..

Check the CLN to, they must be due to take the 2nd part of the loan. I guess the anticipated shares are loaned and sold taking the price down, then the conversion of cash to shares announced on the low..so they get a lot more shares than loaned, and up goes the price again, loaned shares are returned, extra sold at the higher price.. or some other dastardly plan..

TOMCO, probably need to take more funds via their CLN, and kind of extended their option the complete their acquisition of the final 90% interest until Christmas, all while it goes out to tender to other interested parties with No mention of mining licence dispute relating to acquisition's licences.... ? I bet it bounces ...after the next tranche from their loan if they can use it

I think the one who looks after RNS compliance worked very hard ensuring the updates, when looking back suggested issues, but less obviously at the time..

tomcos subsidary, is failing to buy, its been agreed that other parties can buy but get first dibs if the can complete by end of the year..its been going on so long I doubt they can... sounds like justification to life style till christmas...
