Lots of practice when I realised the spreads can be used to create a false sense of buying/selling around the mid price, after a few expensive lessons..

JSE, I topped up on the theory it will get back to placing price, so at 15-20% below, should be bottom..But if institutes are dumping they can just dump regardless, and one of their major holders is in a spot of bother

When the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts ("ARA") was released on 16 March 2023, the UK NBP Day-ahead gas price was 126 p/therm. This then fell to 64 p/therm by 6 June 2023. The average realised price for May 2023 was 72 p/therm and 2023 realised average to the end of May was 112 p/therm.

Thats my thinking but if enough are willing to gives some slack, why not take what your due and let the others wait

I have been playing with the wrong guys..

The big boys have been playing the down trend, off-loading. then going quiet for a few days, then starting again.. lots of after hours updates..

like that 34p off-loader(16m), yet the price blipped up, so all day people buying , thinking trend reversal while there was major dumping, waiting on Tr1.. quite creative at our expense, demonstrates what that can do..

It just got a broker rating of 50p, lots of warrant at 50p, placing was 45p, so I expect 45p plus some profit on top will come..

so hopefully a small loss unless I hold for growth..

New year there were major contract announcements, some clearly titled to attract attention, big gains..will happen again new year

Was thinking its time to gamble more on the price dropping if I have made a profit,

EOG on a really big recovery, so those who bought on the low are up 60%, but I am down about 16%, although account suggests its closer to 11%..always have to check...

So tempted to sell but MM seems reluctant to drop the price ??

Did you see how the JSE seller off loaded, but the price continued to rise, the volumes for each tranche were printed late so they appeared in the rising trend in the chart, above their selling price..

So if you were only chart watching, you would'nt be any wiser

On the chart it looks like a big buy, looks a late update so chart shows the volume but not the price at the time of the print.

Maybe the price is in another candle, ...

have a look at this one, dumping at 34p, probably institution, shown in a low volume candle, but trades were print late, most after hours.. So it appears the large volumes are within the rising trend..but way below.. clever..

On this day the 34p volumes alone were double the whole days volume, price rose all day..

EOG, loss reduced to about 10%, and He1 at about 6.7 will go above 8p, tempting but Justyn said rig maint was on going, not coming to a finish ??
