He1 have already told us that there was nothing that could be legally done when Exalo walked on the MOU..

Here we are with a non binding agreement following legal advice, prompting SOFORI to get things sorted while Noble have walked from LOI just like Exalo with the MOU...

It does'nt add up, seems He1 come out with all sorts..

Never seen a raise where they are looking to raise more through the open offer than the placing. I don't thinks it loyalty but failing to achieve milestones in set times

Better the raise at these levels than the recent low, but still something achieved may have reduced the discount.

Fraudulently enticed by Moroccos Christmas testing and 1st revenues spiel, then Pumped and Dumped by QED waiting on start of testing...

Yes, Excellent news for the institutional investors, big discount before any milestones achieved, creating maximum upside for them..

Anyone newly invested at say the recent 2p high , will need to the price to increase by almost double the discount..

Double bad day for me, QED just announced a raise , before any milestones were achieved creating maximum upside for their investor. I was expecting news before, bad bad call..

a raise at 1.25p, share has been trading above 1.9p, so massive discount, oddly they are looking to raise more from the open offer ?

Bottom was short lived, looked like it was going low 4s, as plenty of 4.4X ticking through, then went NT quickly,

So He1, hiding progress, to be caught out by Noble update, lost all those cost savings they talked about, and more credibility..

Still talking contract and rig issues with no details..

2nd is great, rig gets warmed up, and Noble only have funds for 1 drill..

At least then there is a rig, UK company too, probably tempted by nobles confidence and Shaun committing $1m of his own cash

MMMmm, without a good update there could be a sell off in the morning, with the delay being enough for Noble to change rigs, it suggests Noble may not have been able to drill Q3, and maybe the case for He1..

Hard to judge with no idea what the issue is, and radio silence.

Marriot will probably be keen for another contract, after they have finished drilling Nobles wells, ....

Noble jump on the band wagon, only to rock up and roll, makes it harder to accept last year lol

@TTS, We certainly seem to have a donkey at the grand national, lets just hope not for the third year running..

But even LTH can play the highs and lows, talking it down, then back up...And at the moment the company are giving many the opportunity to do so.

But if your just holding its no good overly trashing your own investment, it hits you in the pocket, and if you do decide to jump ship, then you want the best possible price., not rock bottom
