I will be surprised if its not successful because the LTH need the company funded, so they need it taken up. Thinking about it the company needs the money too, so maybe raising before Morocco, and then announcing testing is the plan. That wil ensure the open offer is fully subscribed..

@Xviolet, its how life stylers work, they get a licence, there is a work commitment eventually leading to a drilling decision.

They do most things except the most expensive within the granted time, then apply for an extension and move the drill into the extension period..another 1 or 2 years....

Unlikely but could be He1 see this SOFORI issue as a reason enough to move drilling into next year, construction of the pad is probably enough to meet any work & financial commitments for the licenses this year.. Letting Noble prove commercial helium..

@Skippy, I am no expert, DM said there was nothing that could be done with Exalo and I see this no different..

Also after getting Cluff to refurbish their rig, He1 walked, and they probably knew about the court case as often talked about the issues of getting signatures for its release, just wrapping it up under the guise of exporting
