Its shocking, in the last 4-5 years he has earned a life time of workers wages, but cant afford the open offer, which all going well will allow him to earn another 10 years working mans wages... sends out a bad message...
OO aim £2.25M
Anyway reading this, suggesting £0.75M will take them to next year, they obviously dont think they are going to have a big take up... but will give another year..So thats how long we have to play and sub 1p opportunities..
"The net proceeds of the Placing, together with the Group's existing cash resources, are expected to provide the Company with the funds required to progress the Company's operations and active projects until 28 February 2024, at the minimum Placing size."
"Should a further £0.75 million be raised pursuant to the Placing and/or Open Offer, the additional proceeds are expected to provide the Company with sufficient funds to continue to progress the Company's operations and active projects to 30 June 2024"
"and, assuming the Open Offer is fully subscribed, the Company would EXPECT to have sufficient funding to take the Company, SHOULD active project milestones be delivered on currently ANTICIPATED timelines, through to the generation of profit and positive cashflows."
