@PatShare, I guess the drilling mud, and reduction in the diameter the deep you go overcomes all that up to a point.

And maybe the weight put on the drill bit..

I think(guess) we are abouts 100m, based on the 1st show at Tai-1 was in the lake beds at 70m, and the 5 casings seen on the rack, and they mentioned "We had just commenced drilling the 8.5" hole section at the top of the Lake Bed Formation, after successfully running and cementing the 13 3/8" casing."

Could it be decided which way to go...still lower or about to bounce, but not quite lower enough for 10%

Mike gave a breakdown of the drilling, but I dont recall him saying but my guess is it will be open hole testing like phase 1, as its probably cheaper and quicker..

@Scott22, Its not so much the communication style, its the reluctance to say

I dont know how many times He1 were asked if they could announce a discovery on site, to be told we could say something, while they could give percentages in phase 1,... but eventually they said they could analyze the gas..

Not giving the rig price because its sensitive to leasing, well its going to be in the financials...

What is the rig fault ? This will have to come out eventually, be up front..

Rsd, a paper loss actually contributes to the real value of your portfolio, and so does a paper profit..

People say put a loss under the bed, if its an AIM stock , when you look next time its likely worthless if an explorer..

If you have £100 paper profit, then it becomes a £100 loss, and you take that loss the difference is £200, you would have been £200 better off taking the profit, than the loss.

Trouble with the small float is when the II start dumping, especially those BVI listed companies

Its AIM its gambling, even more so when the company your money is on is reluctant to provide useful information as things progress..

@rsd, if its a duster, dont panic and sell at the bottom, because there will be plenty watching to buy the low for quick profit. and there is a 2nd drill..

Not sure they will set up a helipad at Itumbula, as both pads are located near the accommodation, maybe its about numbers as the accommodation will cater for everybody, both shifts and all support workers... Just a wild guess

Looks like PRD are lining up plenty more drills, has all the encouraging news flows, and still a BB posting meaningful stuff...

unlike He1, where there is baseless ramping as there is naff all from the company for the technical posters to work with..
