Same time as myself...
At times your playing with traders with live info, all the feeds they need..so they react faster to the changes..
I was following 88e very closely, when moving side-ways you could estimate when the the price would drop, on how many large sells came in together. Price would rise, Bid would move above previous Ask, if so many almost "consecutive" large sells arrived the price would drop, and it repeated unless buys broke up the pattern.. So I guess some traders watch and submit their orders in time with others, or work together.. or if have the funds submit multiple orders..
Then you see late printed trades, on the chart they can add significant volume at the time they are printed and can create the impression the herd has arrived, baits you to trade quickly before the price moves, Sometimes it creates great rises, I think thats a form of spoofing. always works when I dont fall for it and I miss out.. That my excuse..
When you get your quote sometimes it pays to hold until the final second, while watching the live prices..sometimes it saves you from getting spiked
