I bet the level of liquidity and financial impact of an outage comes into play when designing redundancy..

London stock exchange includes redundancy, set across two completely separate locations.. That duplication of systems must cost a fortune, a big building full of gear, probably all powered up doing nothing, just waiting for everything to trip over..

And then there will also be co-located redundancy , in the same building, same rack holding the computer hardware... duplication of equipment, computer, comms, power..

But how far do you go for the likes of AIM..

@PortfolioPower IAG is worth watching now, should easily run to +150p once things settle, and oil drops, even near 170p on a slow run, unless there is something else on going in the company itself..
