I was thinking that, but he could be spot on.. But the BB, the LTH, not many are providing alternative arguments, most replies mud slinging... DJ taking it slow, just been offered by Ezhik, and accepted, but he writes constructively as he knows his stuff..

I dont want to convince anybody they have stopped to test, in case it persuades somebody to hold when they intended to sell, and it turns bad news... Or to be labelled as getting wrong if they have not tested before TD which is more likely

I like Ezhik's suggestion the rig is running below par, gives more reason to wire-line and test good shows before TD.. ;)

But maybe the Mud guys getting the blame for a failing/failed mud pump..

Followed one drill, in the cuttings came up some rocks, turned out to be eggs, within days most of the crew had been eaten... luckily it was off-shore, so does'nt matter if true or not :)

Hopefully no RNS tomorrow, but that mid morning tweet hinting at good news, so we can beat the 8am Gap-up..

@Ezhik, I dont have the knowledge, but can see there could be a number of reasons for slow progress, both positive and negative, can even think of possibilities leaving us to hangout for a revisit..

Its been a big lesson on PR, how that influence the BB, and how the share price reflects on all that..

Been watching the trades closely, you can see with current volumes the comments here need only influence a few to move the share price.. Just few guys, a few largish trades, and the price moves..

Price sensitive, yes it caused a massive spike in price, and there was no discovery, plenty got their fingers burnt..

Misleading manipulation via RNS, maybe..

But you could argue the price reaction was'nt their doing, as they were just informing, and providing the reason for extra days to reach TD..

We simply dont know, as He1 are just tweeting they are still working towards TD..

Plenty of scenarios we could come up with, maybe the hole is fine and the mud pump packed in, then the standby too..

Whole camp went down with food poisoning after a visit by Noble ;)

Its not like He1 is an experienced operator, and the drilling crew, we have know idea of their experiences, unlikely to be a team thats worked together, or familiar with the rig...

We can't say He1 have lied, they have just posted photos, with comments suggesting they are still drilling towards TD..

Everything else has been speculation by us guys, fingers crossed they stopped wire-lined and sampled a section and have that discover before continuing, otherwise lets just hope its been tough going and the hole is worthy the testing stage,

We shall find out soon

For this stage its wire-line, down hole pressure and sampling..no flow testing to prove commercial rates..

The goal of this drill is the prove those shows from Tai-1 and hopefully make a discovery..or two..

The power issue is the 3rd to date, so it would make sense if they had a good show to stop, wire-line and sample the gas before continuing.. That way whether TD is reached or not they could have a discovery.. Even if the Karoo offers a bigger prize..

Interesting thing about a lot of He1s posters, the lack of supportive facts they post. Any trolls have a free run there..

Unlikely but some testing may have already been done...

then again they may have been something 1/2 way, with the latest power issue being the 3rd, it would make sense to bag that discovery rather than after reaching TD

Friday, the price seemed held above 5.5p most of the day, the first rise on the tweet fell back to 5.5 to sell real quick, just 2 maybe 3 dips.. it seemed roughly 300k of sells would tick the price down, so just a few consecutive sellers 2or 3 +100k..

then nearing the end frequent NT to buy 100k, yet last 10-15 min it dropped ?.... but there was a late printed 575k sell at 4pm...which makes me wonder about those NTs,,, and that rise near 4pm then the sudden drop off last 10 min

Originally the offer was supposedly from SEC Capital, then it seems UPL incorrectly associated Mr B with SEC Capital..

So there could still be an offeror, SEC Capital... ??

but from the 1st offer update, it appears made the announcement without agreement..

"This statement is being made by Upland without the consent of the Potential Offeror."

Fantastic way to pump and crash your share price , only for the offeror to make that 2nd offer( if SEC Captial exist)

Being a newbie, seeing MM quote 9p at open, its best to get in quick before 14p, and that 2nd increased offer...

MM did the same with DELTs discovery, huge gap up, price just fell from open..

Seems to be they can fish a price out of the air, for a price to gap up too much, without the market pushing it up, is a step up from pumping, except the MM was guilty..

You called it straight away, and Cyber..so for the MM to gap up x3, on a stock thats already "done" x5, that wild, as there is no limit..

I wonder how the MM was able to quote 9p near open, where those 1st trades came from ? Wheres the regulation there ?

A few said it was unfounded, but it still opened at 9p, then I wonder if that was a spoof trades..

But the biggest question is how the MM was even able to advertise quotes x3 the previous day ? Thats not regulated, its a free for all..

A gap-up 30% maybe, then a climb may have got to 6/7p peak, it closed about 5.3p
