The carrot was dangling in front of your nose, I have that with QED, it went below a penny last raise, so when it hit the morning low after I bought my base holding, I thought wow its going lower, and hesitated...

I got spiked, too quick, average 1.2393p then I got a quote for the low, but only once, should have taken that..about 1.145

But I see a few trades above the placing price, marked as sells and buys..

One thing I have learned is I act totally different when I have a share I am up on, to one that I am chasing a loss.. Or I did.. Or maybe the buy price of that last trade carries more influence, rather than my original price..

Or I did, I now look at the low price, what everybody else paid, so for 88e my average was almost 0,3p, but it was at 0.24p for along time.. So I set that as face value, and that stopped me from holding for 50% on 0.3p... My original buy price..thats long gone , history.. Unless it does a He1

Clon 0.35p, after Fridays rally too, was that the smart money forward selling a pump ?

That drop seems to have stemmed from the CFO retiring, or maybe the replacement ?

@Swissy. last time I bought straight away, along with buying my entitlement.. And it continued to drift down as there was no news to follow..

If the investor knows there is news coming, assuming an investor has bought all, and its not the book runners flipping unsold shares then I wonder who will be selling at placing price..

Then again the placing has occurred now because Valkors funding is still on hold..

Decembers contracts are also behind too...

There have been a few this year that have significantly drifted below placing price too..

I think this might be the time to swap out a few stagnant shares for QED :)

Oh well, better planning next time, should have bought a small holding, and applied for extra.. but I guess some will sell to fund their entitlement if the price holds above 1.25p, so I can help the out..

@Crownos, maybe you could sell some in the morning at 1.25p or above to free up funds for the offer, and if your lucky buy back from the market pay day a little lower...

@Hot, you should be encouraging people to buy through the open offer rather than the open market as that way QED have more chance of achieving full funding, and your investment has a better chance of succeeding..

One way is to sell some shares at 1.25p or above if possible to buy up your full entitlement..

It's all interpretation, VSA Capital is an investment bank, and they are book running, so are supporting the funding.

Last open offer raised £0.85m and this time aiming for £1m, so there is a fair chance they will succeed now they have named those involved with the MSC trial..

Things are looking up, something on time, the Q1 fundraise

Not sure it was leaked, at the AGM QED honestly answered a funding question, suggesting they would need to raise Q1 if Valkors funds didn't come through..

Today the most GENI shares I could buy was 160k(only tried tens of)..

Each attempt was after todays 4 trades, no difference in quote for 100k or 160K

Might be worth seeing if that drops corresponding to the next purchase
