Interesting points, a recent rig photo showed that the integrated iron rough neck was not in place during drilling , so the rig is not in its original state. So maybe the rig manager is to over see restoration.

Renting the rig out, if similar delays to Tai are experienced then who is liable for the costs... ?

Without knowing how Itumbula was left, it is not possible to know if a rig is required to re-enter and prepare the well for EWT.

DELT is much the same JV or funding news due.. Both sat at their bottoms for a while, so I guess that lack of interest, unknown bottom, should have been analysed against any further potential down side... Maybe with the thought of buying chunks either averaging down or up from that point..

QED, I have bought 3 chunks, averaging out at placing price, delays could see sub penny, news flow 3p... Need to check the MC during the Mearsk trial, and compare to todays MC. Its likely to be pumped along the way.

@Mischief, they probably put it to the major holders first, many PI don't vote , some brokers don't offer voting services..

I am not sure but I think people keep their shares in the company if it continues privately, and is not taken over oral gone bust
