When you think how some of these stocks tick up on just a few trades, and that often a PI's broker is a major share holder, then restrictions will have an impact..

Never seen 212 listed as a major share holder, but if under 3% its unlikely ..

But maybe the restriction is to protect the PI, rather than is shorting clients, who knows..

I thought it was 30% too, but my memory makes things up....

If 30%, and no takeover is planned I would expect to see a statement saying so, and mention of an application for exemption from the TO rule..

But there is no price reaction to suggest a TO ??

I don't see how that could happen. After all, providing Piedmont sticks to the financing agreement, Piedmont will own 50% of the Ewoyaa investment and are entitled to a 50% offtake for the spodumene for the LOM? I cannot see Piedmont letting that go so easily. Same with Assore, who now own more than 30% of ALL shares and will want to mine Ewoyaa themselves...

Remember a few years back when the brokers started closing AIM positions, whether a loss or up..

I remember similar for BCE, and that failed to rise

restricting the PI could aid shorts to be closed easier at low prices, and I believe 212 loan shares ?

There is a guy working in Tescos, I have become friends with, only tonight he said he bought Plantir, a tip from a mate a couple of years back... Said his mate bought big into Tesla and Amazon years back...

Will have to see what other tips he gets..

The amount I was thinking of betting, maybe £1000, less £22 fees, and the spread probably would have left me with £50-£70 profit

Cheapest quote I got was 0.2767p, and I think I would have been shaken out looking at that chart..

I think you have to trade close the event, but it looked done at 0.3, so was thinking if I bought it would have been at ~0.27 and sold about 0.29, and missed the upside

The II is probably the main MM for PRD...

Its holding well, I was expecting 5p, maybe a little lower..
