Once a company becomes commercial the market may start to look at current revenues, rather than the previous speculative valuations.. You see that with oil companies,, thats when they starting building debt to finance progress

I expect this to be different as the ships with scrubbers are all known prospects unlike the next well that could be dry..

Buying the highs on news is for the traders who sell quickly if it drops, if you look at the chart and look at the volumes when big news comes you can see the traders like this one..Reaching 4.5p that was likely momentum from all the traders.. Smashing the 3.5p highs of recent speculating the same news..

This a long slow cooker, story doesn't change, so consider buying the lows while there is cash in the bank....and maybe between news.. after placings is a good time, when outcomes are a little more predictable, its been possible to double your money on each of the last two.

So simple yet so hard to get right...

Plenty of LTH trade their own shares to build their positions... A few here for sure, take a look at the price history, somebody has built a huge holding..

That well was presented as a cert, with 0.5% being commercial, and the chance of not finding above almost impossible, I suppose they have 2.5% not flowing, I guess the never gave the odds of it not flowing...and 2.5% flathead was listed as not flow tested ?.... Is that because it did'nt flow, so could'nt ???

They have given the results but not helium ?, I think it's about 0.15% Helium

Being a gamble you need to get in low, close to 8p as thats seems bottom..

@Swissy, lol It dropped but did'nt recover as I said, so got it wrong ... but Did'nt buy back for the same day recover as was over my price....

And did'nt buy back end of day, although I will probably regret that tomorrow..

There was a period of buying looking at the chart, about 15 minutes, from about 3pm, then the price dropped? But since I was not watching/dummying the price not sure if selling which makes more sense..

Then what looks like buys being matched by sells, so not sure if thats traders selling volume or the start of forward selling a placing

Then end of day 3 big sellers...

There is a lot happening next year, and an early raise on a good share price would be a fair call, while appetite for open offer.. But not sure how much they will be paid for the trials, maybe MSC want QED to cover their own costs as they bought the ship, and will being paying for the fuel I guess..

Maybe its best to sit on the sidelines now ??

The maths to average down early isn't that tempting without knowing the rigs are contracted, and wells condition is fit for drilling..................

At 8.5p. double, ave 11p, treble 10.25p

The well is being pressure tested before re-entry,, what happens if its leaking, I have little clue, but guess its extra work, and the casings will need reworking ?

Too early really...£2-3k to early on my holding... should have thought about the 1st distinct dip allowing buyers in.. It looked it was consolidating..

I should have held the quote until the last 2nd, I would have seen the buyers arrive and held..But its 50/50 that your quote has been taken by another holding too long..

I am watching now for a new entry point which I guess will by around the 55% gain point, as it reached about 85%.. This year seen that 30% fall back play out a number of times..

3.4p and there is no extra cost to buy back, thats if I do, as I am pleased with the profit
