Well done ed. i have not be nice in my posts to you in the past but you deserve alot of credit for this. using that 6 million plus on shareholders. special dividend, up 20 percent today as it stands, 4 million left and sentiment change just like that.

I support it because only shareholders benefit. if i was ed i would tell my mates your not going to get any of this 6 million plus and infact you should buy seed shares and then you would get the dividend. so help out or do one. that is what he should be saying to them. none of this nonsense giving them the 6 million to turn it into nothing. unreal. so dividend should be high up on the list for the money. also news that it could happen would help sentiment. a rising share price from being dead cheap / low market cap with the bonus of a dividend for holding. who would not want that apart from his mates.

It looks like summer 2023 all over again. the lads on here that went through that, stuck to there guns ended up getting the t- shirt and came out the other end smelling of roses. so i will take a stab to try to stop the worry. so between 50 percent to 70 percent down from previous high and more likely the latter. that leaves a 14 dollars/ 15 dollars botton for mara. then a gradual move up only spotted by intraday movements at first. in a few months or less a new high reached of around 48 dollars depending on move of bitcoin etc. then rise and repeat until all time high but all depends on how fast bitcoin rises[ parabolic rise]. so wait for it. this market will not work to your timescale. but it does not matter as long as you do not sell at the wrong time. just my opinion but hope it helps with the worry.

This reminds me of that dom joly skit where he is a removal man and his van is called stupid and sons. he then throws boxes into the van smashing the expensive glass stuff inside. lol. this could be called stupid investing in the amount of companies in portfolio that have turned millions into nothing. dom joly was just a comedy skit. well, you would hope it is. stupid investing is real life.

What i like about the idea of a dividend as it goes to shareholders direct. not to his mates, they do not get the money because they are not shareholders in seed. and ed benefits himself as he is a shareholder in seed. it basically cuts the vultures out his mates and there companies which regular turn all the money put into them to dust. so cut them out of this 6 million plus. they are as much good as a chocolate biscuit to this fund. millions given to them gone down the plug hole but paid for nice lifestyles and they are not even shareholders of seed. so enough is enough.

I can not see him being reckless with it judging on the last 12 months. i think it will be how best to use 6 million plus and a dividend may be part of the solution of sentiment change. because that is what we need. sentiment change. another thing with seed we know it is not going to drop off a cliff end like other aim stocks. a fairly safe stock with millions of liqiud cash to spend. for example. hzm today . down 83 percent in one day. that will not happen with seed. so all we need is change of sentiment. not easy but ed has the cash to do it.

I know folks and this will be my last post on the subject. but i do like a bit fun with the poorinvester dude. his stalking of me, his lies and fibs, his gambling rather than investing, his bearing grudges and his big losses chasing a dream. but he does like to be on the titanic alot.

That share will be going under and taking all the poorinvesters with it. you are a dipstick. you should change your name to poorgambler. because you are a gambler who will come a cropper on a regular basis. and that has already happened to you over the past year.

Seems that you told me and everyone else on here you bought it does seem strange that you have not made a post on selling even on the hzm board . i mean you could just say anything after the big drop today. if you are married for mrs poorinvester it must be painful for her both ways. being still married to you and being a very poorinvester. give my regards to her for all the suffering she must be going through.

Go on seed. giddy up. so ed needs to concentrate on sentiment now. news of dividend, investment etc. and talking the talk and walking the walk. saying and repeating it that he is going to do the right thing with the money and all benefit to shareholders.

And poorinvester did tell me that he bought in hzm. that is before anyone says i am not nice to him. however seems that i am a nice guy i will give some leeway. when he bought it did move up a bit. so if he sold he would of made a bit. but looks as if he did not sell. but that is what happens when you hang to bankrupt stocks. i hope he sold. no one likes to see 78 percent down days but if you never learn that is the outcome.

Poorinvester. hzm. down 78 percent today. another great tip you made. lol. i take it your still in as you have not said you sold. another certificate to pin up on your wall. the wall must have cine, iog, hzm and a certificate for the numpty who said clean spark was a terrible idea to buy at 2 dollars. and whatever else.

Nothing in this game is fair. it is all about timing and not falling in love with any company. yep. anyone buying in now would get the dividend if they hold which is unfair to long term holders. but it is what it is. if they can get this share price moving up from here and pay out a dividend it is better than where we are currently at.

So over 5 million from leap gaming in cash plus the over 2 million in part sale and then any interest etc would mean cash of up to 8 million. less buyback, wages over the last 12 months would mean cash position over 6 million. so let us see what ed is going to do with all this liquid cash which is way above market cap. this is the last liquid cash so time to make a move with at least some of it.

Longlad. it is pretty thick when you meet people who are not good at something but think they are and brag and talk rubbish. we have all met them. so what you are saying ed with his limited intellect thinks he is good and actually should be paid more. lol. let us face it folks. we have all met them in life.

Actually if ed said to my face then sell seed if your not happy. now i could sell but it makes little difference in my situation as made money elsewhere. so i am hanging on for the time being. but if ed said it to my face i would be telling him what i think. and it would be worse than i say in print. lol. he should not be telling anyone anything. he should be doing the right thing for shareholders. keeping his mouth shut and getting on with it. period.

Longlad. yep. spot on. interesting you mention jamie dimon. another ego paid a fortune and this is the dude who said bitcoin is not worth putting money since it was a few dollars. now bitcoin is 70 thousand dollars per coin around about. probaly dimon is somebody ed looks up to. lol. the irony of it all is the hardest workers in this country get paid the least and because they are not financial savvy it stays like that. and then ed working about an hour a month gets 4 times there salary or more. and he is not any good. lol. one thing that does make me laugh about jamie dimon seems you mentioned him. he says bitcoin is a scam while his bank has been fined billons of dollars over decades for dodgy stuff.

Talking about doing the right thing for example. i am in a share that has rose from 2 dollars to hitting a recent high of 24 dollars in the past 12 months. the boss recently sold some shares but i think for 2 years he took no wages. that is defo better. when yoiur in a stock like that yoiu really see how bad seed is and how it treats shareholders. so ed that is an example of how it should be done. you are a shareholder in seed. a rising share price with also a dividend and you get paid yourself. but wages should be stopped for the time being and performance related pay brought in.

The most shocking thing about financial advisers and people like ed is it is all about wages, bonus, commision etc. nothing to do with making clients/ investers money. you could not make it up.

It is like financial advisers. stick a suit on them, make sure the hair and teeth is nice, send them on courses which has nothing to do with making clients money etc. just to do with legal stuff so that the company can not be sued. hey presto. you end up with an ed type knocking on your door in the olden days trying to sell you some crap investment. i bet ed thinks doing a course and going to the master invester crap show with a smart suit on makes him think he is good. when actually good investing is all about timing in right stocks/ secters and having at least some morals if you are taking money off people.
