If it is a turning point for seed and i think it is then big gains and dividends. who would not want that in the next 12 months to 18 months. and ed comes out smelling of roses by forward thinking and all about shareholders. infact it looks as if he has already changed but time will tell. and i will stay a shareholder for the gains if he has changed his way of thinking putting shareholders first.

I may even sell myself. totally depends what ed says and has in store for the future. but a profit is a profit and a nice dividend is a nice dividend.

I do not think any one will be bothered. no one should fall in love with any company in this game. that is what gets investers in a mess in the first place and not cutting a loss. this is all about getting the share price up now and the special dividend. if ed can keep the sentiment with good news then he will keep enough on board to make more money. if not you get the dividend and sell.

I mentioned that myself. the ex dividend date being more than a week out and more shareholders clicking on to this means it has got to rise.

I am thinking of buying more myself this week. i can see a forward looking stronger share price and the amazing dividend cash payed in just a few weeks. and maybe more to come. basically what is not to like right now. all in my own opinion of course.

I think he will want to keep up good sentiment this year and back to back news of special dividend and clean foods news point to that. still a week to go before going ex dividend and then what he uses the other money for will count. if he can keep sentiment up[ apart from the obvious ex dividend day drop] then all well looking forward.

At least you are still in to pick up dividend. and as you say amazing dividend. i think ed has changed his way of thinking concerning both the fund and shareholders going forward. he waited till the last lot of leap money to start moving and quickly announced the dividend. and the past is the past. all we all have is the present and future.

More news and this i think ed plan. shareholders and future shareholders then can see with dividends, investments etc that the company is in a good financial position. and in no way will this share dilute. it still has over 4 million in the coffers. it is low risk also.

Yep. another point. when seed made a 100 percent gain last year the spread early on in the rise was always wide putting investers off. then a few weeks later it was up 100 percent and spread was normal. but to get there you would of had to buy and put up with the harsh spread. all tactics played by the big boys and manipulation.

Barwick. yep. as they say never say never and at least you know the cut off date for the dividend.

Also the game is all about timing. i suppose they could of picked 15th april as ex dividend date but ed will want this share price up and market cap. not just a special dividend payed out for shareholders.

Fore example barwick sold out and he was a long term holder and a regular poster. he can now get back in and enjoy the rise an dividend. it gives him time to get in and others just incase they do not read the chat board much after selling. you could look at it both ways i suppose. but it does give those that sold at a loss a chance to get back in and get that special dividend before it closes on the 26th april.

But can that not be for people that sold and now can buy back in to get the dividend etc. not everyone has held in my opinion. basically given them the time to get back in if they wish. i see it as getting the share price up which we all want and paying a special dividend. the mad lot would be anyone selling now and in the coming weeks.

As tak says welcome aboard new shareholders and you could not have picked a better time. and timing is everything in this game. a potential 300 percent gain from here and a great special dividend. and a very cheap market cap considering situation. and ed the boss means business. he left it till we got that last payment to make sure he could announce special dividend. no one should sell this share right now and of course that will mean also share is going to go up. anyone selling is mad. no doubt about it. so yep. welcome all new shareholders.

You need to look at percentage gains from the bottom in a bull market. mara went from 3 dollars to 34 dollars in a year. something has to give even in a bull market . people just end up with insane high average and then when the shares drop they end up fed up. if you have been around here for a year your averagr in mara should be no more than 7 dollars so you can handle the drops and still be in profit. the rest is just waiting for it and the top of tops.

Very rare i give a tip outside of mining but i have to share you this one as it sounds great. and i do not give tips that go down 80 percent in a day. so this is rare for me. but the timing seems spot on. if you have spare cash get into seed innovations. up currently 23 percent today. cash position is larger than current market cap. special dividend coming on the 13th may but you need to be a shareholder before 26th april. very low risk at current market cap, share price should do well this year from her as company ready to spend millions of liquid money and special dividend on top of that. no more posts on this as i just thought to share the news with a few on here.

Pirate flag. i know that is a crap average you have got. mine is about 2.8 because of coming back to the share 2 years ago. would be interesting people average as then know what share price to aim for in the end. however it still looks pretty good for you going forward. 10 p is a real possibility with change of sentiment and you get the special dividend along the way. anyone selling this share now would be mad.

Whichever way to look at this it looks great. share price goes up and then on ex dividend date of 25th april the shares will drop on that day but you need to be holding on the 26th april to get the special dividend. then ed uses more of the 4 million to keep strong sentiment up. by the 13th may a strong spare price movement and the special dividend. so buy or hold. but defo do not sell this share.
