Too much focus on TB selling and how he robs people, well plenty made good money on both Rms and Brh, his Brh sale in April was an obvious clue that fair value was attained, in fact the Mar 1st Rns indicated 6months or more, still got potential but timelines and funding will dictate a much cheaper buy in price. When 10 or 12 bags come into play you should be hearing sell alarms quite loudly, if greed overcomes reality, there's no one to blame.

Like many here I too was in Brh, it was amongst the best returns in some time, I got the dividend and still believe it has potential but may take time to come to fruition. When TB sold I bailed, it was a warning sign I couldn't ignore. I dont fault him for taking a fair price its what we all should do. He has over 3m still in Brh, but he got 2.63m of those shares in late June2020 by selling rms to brh, its value was £330k, the dividend on those shares alone returned over £1m, so in effect the holding in Brh is more than a free ride, plus the money from his other sales. So even though his holding is still enviable he has no skin in the game, if it takes awhile over there he can hold out or sell at any price. His 30% here is the reversal of that situation, his plans remain a secret but his track record speaks for itself. There's no guarantees but we try to improve the odds by following the winners. Atb

Yes of course, you are indeed right. Some of the original holders may stay for the ride, its all just a guessing game at the moment.

40m free-floating to be churned through will take some time before major upside, but whats instore, medical test devices, ev associateds, sustainables, all are in the mix. You can be sure that the status quo is not an option, and that £1 is aimed for, if you judge TBs previous history. All we can do is guess and wait for the big reveal.

The clues were there to be read, TB selling was not to fund CMH, he'd had 3.5m in divi Jan, and at 30% mark had achieved max holdings. He knew the timescales and saw good value at the price he attained, many saw the same and had taken great returns rather than take the risk. The test system will prove to be invaluable in many areas of diagnostics, but 6 months is a long time when many require instant gratification, and its value in Alzhiemers/Sepsis is an unknown factor at present. There is no doubt about Prof Carl and his team, but the rns left questions about direction and funding, many would rather walk than lose any gains. If you held Brh in Feb 2020, with the dividend you have a bag a month, if you bought in July20 you have 10fold, if you jumped in early Dec then big returns, and pre rns 1st March still doubled. Hell some have 30% gains over last 2 weeks. That some have taken profits off the table should come as no surprise, its not a reflection on the potential here, its having perspective on expectations. We all know news is due and most everyone can agree that Prof Carl is going to deliver a quality product. Many lths will have taken profits and be observing from the sidelines because experience has taught tough lessons, its not unwise to err on the side of caution, especially at rns time. But if the rns is clear and positive about the pathway forward then many will jump back in, the risk is a buyout which will leave non holders gapped, its the gamble I took to protect my gains. These next few days will be very interesting and I wish all holders the very best of best of luck, I hope you achieve your expectations.

You can filter, but you can't silence.This BB is been dominated by people who refuse to allow any debate or reasoning into questions that have arisen over the last few weeks. Forget Avct I don't see them as offering the same product that Paraytec is developing, and I truly believe in Prof Carl. But not to ask or allow others to debate questions about the path forward is a recipe for investing disaster. I was a committed investor here, but I withdrew when TB released his firm grip by reducing his holding by half in a few weeks. I had to step back and ask why. Its not his belief in the product I am certain, and its not because the money was needed elsewhere because he has received multiples of that sum in the last few months from his dividend and personal holdings at RMS and he's not skint to start with. My conclusion led me to believe that he saw the price he received as fair value, knowing that the path ahead is not a straight line to success. Yes the product development is a major component but if he wants to receive the maximum returns then he has to follow the whole equation to fruition. Not to allow discussion of questions that have a direct impact on shareholders investment here is negligent and the bullying of any who do is ignorance. Realise that TB is a clever and prudent man and would not be selling down if he knew the path led to riches, ask yourselves what obstacles could occur along the way, how long the money that BRH has will last. I am not trying to deramp the share but neither can I support the ramping of it. I believe this is a world class product but the pathway to success may not be as crystal clear as some here want you to think, and as much as they will try to stiffle logical reasoning and debate, I and others are entitled to post our thoughts and views. Those who counter my opinion are relying on the belief that big pharma will offer a huge sum for the rights to the test system, but if the man who makes that decision to sell it is selling his holding down even though he has enough to cover his other commitments then one must doubt that is the case. I may be completely wrong about all this and it could be the worst decision I ever made, but I have the right to express my views which always seemed OK when it suited.

Please explain to me why TB would have sold down his holding if his intention was to sell the IP and rights to an outside 3rd party. Surely if there was a suitable buyer for those rights then Paraytec would not be saying in a rns that a manufactured product would be 6 months time, why would they care or know, it wouldn't be a problem for them to consider. I put it to you that TB possibly made his approach in this direction but by early February had instead set his sights on Chamberlin, thus was in a position to release that crucial clue in the Rns you elude to on March 1st. In hindsight its crystal clear the intention to remain in house was taken before then otherwise explain the rns and his subsequent sell off. And the IP and its rights are such sensitive information that even discussions about the sale could be difficult, but if a big pharma were waiting and wanting would he reduce his holding. You seem to be suggesting that TB isn't aware of the future pathway of the investment vehicle he created. Prof Carl and his team are just one part of the equation, their work will continue to be funded to develop new and further applications of the technology, but other expertise is required to facilitate its completion to sales. This equipment will have real life consequences and deserves that every available resource required is sourced by specialists in their field.

I think its a ducks in a row situation, obviously I can't answer with anything other than guessing. We know what went on at Rms, but TB didn't create that situation, mismanagement, circumstance and over promising, along with sky high expectations from many shareholders. If you held brh a year ago, with the dividend and todays sp you are looking at 10 bags, if like me you got in before divi date, early Dec you have done very well in a short time. I have no reason to believe that TB will want to repeat the rms episode so perhaps he is looking for ways to make it an in house management effort, forming a multiplex of expertise. We can all see the potential but Paraytec nor Brave heart can make it to fruition without outside assistance, and Carl's work deserves to be made available to the world by a world class product, its too important and has too many much needed qualities/functions to fail. Once he has lined up the ducks in his sights, then we will know.atb

The units Petrel makes are very high spec waterproof, gas proof, explosion grade framework with spark suppression circuitry, they are made to be used as emergency lighting in hazardous environments. When TB looked around for a suitable manufacturer he may have found that suitors were at capacity, incapable of retooling, reluctant or just not cost effective. Its also noteworthy that locality would not create the supply problems experienced by many of late.
Everybody here knows that Prof Carls product is quality and has huge potential but don't convince yourself that the money lasts forever or the path forward is a straight line, I see Paraytec forming a JV, with BRH holders receiving shares in the new venture. Where Rms holders saw a sellout, Brh saw a huge dividend, the fiasco came after with management and engineering issues. How would TB avoid such a situation again whilst maximising success and potentials, well he would look for practical solutions, that's where engineers step in. Nobody knows except TB but anything can happen.

So TB buys CMH or 30% of it, why. Well if you have followed his recent progress with BRH, a medical and life sciences investment group, you will know that for those to progress further than development stage a precision engineering facility is required. TB would have been looking for a suitable facility to produce such products, and may have found that order books were full or capacity levels were reduced, or that cost effectiveness would impede profitability. If you look at the Petrel division of CMH he seems to have found a suitable candidate to manufacture such devices, thereby ensuring an order book for the division. Yes he has reduced his position at BRH, possibly because he knows funding will be required over there to progress the path to fruition, but the product that Prof Carl and his team at Sheffield University have produced has huge potential. It is my belief that the synergy of the Petrel division would prove a perfect fit for a problem that needed a solution, thus explaining TBs strange interest in an engineering company. This is pure guesswork and may be way off the mark, but the coming weeks should clarify TBs game plan and sure as eggs is eggs he will have one.

Can't not have a dabble here, did well with brh, and may return once the path is clarified. The Petrel division here looks highly suited to fulfil the needs to produce a suitable product for Paraytecs test needs, who knows?

Its alright for blatant rampers and derampers to post but not a former holder to make an observation, sorry for having an opinion I will sit back and watch.
