Gym Group and Hollywood Bowl both UK based are down just over 2%. In for some more for the buy back. I'd say a completely mad overreaction.

In for a few more. I can't see a full lockdown and if that is the case then back up it should turn and those who sold will rush to buy them back. The fact we also have operations in 10 other countries is a reasonable buffer and hedge.

The UK is one of 11 countries that we have operations in and any new restrictions will be done so as not to impinge on business or return to work. I am in for an after announcement bounce.

All are entertainment venues where you go to watch a performance and all will have social distancing measures in place. It will cover all such venue in my opinion

No I am not backward and that is an offensive post. I pointed out that Eat out to Help out included not just restaurants but sandwich shops and cafes serving a slice of cake. It will be a broad interpretation in my view and will include us and in any case we are a movie theatre and could argue it from that standpoint.

Hosai the project Moonshot team has only been transferred across to decide what to include. Sports venues and theatres are being considered amongst other venues . Just in the same way Eat out to help out applied to a sit in McDonalds or Pret a Manger I would bet this will have the widest appeal.

What is a cinema if it is not a 'movie theatre' and they are commonly referred to as such.

Now that would be a big boost if cinemas were included.

smalltrader I was just wondering what made you think that todays drop is more to do with US markets. Cine has failed to reflect every double digit gain that AMC have made this week so why would we mirror them when we are clearly not in sync at all.

I have 2 more buys left to make and would like them as cheap as possible but don't view it the same way. I think it was opportunism.

I do agree Tenet showing in the US and in what ultimately amounts to nearly half of all our cinemas should make for headline numbers next week.

I hold and topped up today on that very prospect and as I also perceive Cine is undervalued for its recovery potential.

That must be why Thomas Cook, Easyjet, Carnival and other leisure industry stocks all went up today.

The market in this stock is crooked and needs looking at.

By tomorrow's close and all look on in astonishment as a new holdings TR1 emerges. What fun the stock market is.

I think if anyone had been expecting fair play in the market for Cineworld shares the today then today is the realisation of just how crooked the market is and the dirty tricks that get played to shake the tree and loosen people's hold on shares.

It is still though the great rebounder that it was this morning and there has been nothing adverse to change that.
