I am one of the newer investors who has got on board since the summer. I bought in on the assumption that no-one had anything to gain by this not going through. I am concerned however by the lack transparency regarding the agm (no rns / people unable to call in/ Art not present). I am also concerned about the lack of any update re: Essar etc. Now I can appreciate that Art may not have much to do with this but the whole thing is starting to feel less like a solid business relationship beneficial to company country and shareholders and more like individuals exercising power, half truths and smokescreens.

An RNS that would take 15 mins to write could update up on where we are.

It won't be long before KDNC is free portfolio of solid investments and exciting opportunities bankrolled by a 15% ownership of the hottest mine in Europe whose growth is underwritten by global government policy.

I don't think that anyone here will complain if Amapa comes off and we do 300-500% What a great day!

As some LTH have said that will bring them further into the blue/closer to blue and they will be out. Understandable.

However it will be the newer investors, some who have invested at a higher price than today, who bankrolled that rise by waiting for the Amapa deal. We may not get excited about talking about the plants in our garden because we have invested near a high and hope to see the price continue to build on the back of the likes of EMH. The reason being that the base price whenever that RNS lands might affect whether we see sub 50p or closer to 75p+

In particular give Eyeguy a break - I for one appreciate the fact that he is trying to build momentum and interest in a company that needs, whatever the history, to be gaining momentun for the financial good of us all

If our newfound guardian angels can knock off close to 10% with their panicky titles then I will engage with doing the opposte

When I first started investing I read those famous words about investing being about transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient. Through tough experience I now get what he meant. As an example: Sell out of here with £100. Buy into a rainbow chase with a 7% spread at the top and watch it drop 15%. Sell out and put the £80 ish back in here at 10% spread. An easy way to lose 25-30%.

So I wait. Going nowhere as this is potentially a fantastic earner. The good thing about the price dropping is the % rise is greater when payday arrives :-)

Every blessing to the family of Denver21 and be assured of my prayers at this sad time. Although I never had the opportunity to speak with him it is clear the regard his fellow investors had for him.

The only guarantee in investing is that if I sell out this hoping to buy back at a lower price then Art will immediately release a photo of himself, the BoD of Essar + Nigerian Dignitaries all dancing around a giant gusher :-)

I don't think that Art has much say in when this happens. I cant imagine that there is much love lost between the parties here. I am very dubious whether there is much sense of partnership here with Essar.

But really what does liking each other have to do with business? The deal with Essar is signed and the planes are soon to be flying.

Risk v reward here is exceptional.

Having just looked through all of the activity in the case is does look like we are finally there. That does look like a final decision. I think I am right in understanding that the banks were under pressure to settle from the court, the terms have been agreed in principal and now we have a possible final court decision.

Let's see what this week brings! I wouldnt want to be out of KDNC over the weekend. Oops to late for that lol

In 12 months this company will either have fallen flat on its face or be worth 1000% of what it is now.

You will either have lost you money or be on track for possibly increasing it 50x

All the nonsense being posted on here is pointless. People trying to drag the price down for whatever reasons.

There is only one question to answer.

This going through has very little to do with AMs personality although to be fair he did well not losing the lot. Its big business and a country that needs the income. The only reason we are still in the game is that legally AM clung in there tooth and nail.

The govt and Essar will both want this to happen.

When it does and we get close to spud our investment could easily be 2000% up.

So yes it is risky but the rewards are realistically immense.

That's the basis on which to be invested here. Whether in 18 months we are willing to accept the possibilty that it will never happen against what all the evidence suggests should happen and net us 20x +++ our investment.

That's why I'm invested here. I don't care if you don't like AM. I doubt he's all that worried either.

I might make a lot of money here. It's the only reason I'm invested.

It's not good to be rude or offensive to anyone at anytime but I do think that there is quite a bit of winding up going on here. Personally, I want to enjoy this BB researching a company I want to be invested in and think has legs. Even so, I do appreciate that some people will have different views and think this is going nowhere.

If Amapa gets signed we are minted.
If it doesn't out EMH investment underpins at least 50% or our cap today and should be 100% of current mkt cap within 1-2 years.

This is not an all or nothing.

Now I do realise that some of you LTHs have lost a lot of money over the years. So have I. With a bit of luck I hope we will all make it back.
But sell up if you don't think this will pay up. Be kind to your mental health and go invest somewhere else. Why else would you stay invested here? You are just creating a bad smell around a vehicle that you are invested in. It's insane.

Its not something I've used much before but I'm going to filter out people who just have an axe to grind. Nothing personal.

Great comments. I feel the same - the risk vs reward here is pretty compelling. Hopefully Essar will make it happen. Its their show now.

I couldn't copy and paste unfortunately. The gist is that the new owners are selling the stockpiled ore and moving it by truck because the railway is unavailable. They also plan to go into production again.

A local mine reopening who will want to use the port and railway and has shipping contacts already established. Only using trucks because our railway is unavailable. Another +++

Guys this just gets better and better. I know that many of you will deservedly take the spike and a bit of profit if Amapa signs off. With all the news budding around our lithium investments this is more and more looking like a really solid long term investment. I do appreciate your thoughts on the Bod but wow this is starting to heat up.
