The resistance is the lows pre signing. Once we sign and hit that 50m the II start to take notice. The day we produce figures - from nothing to healthy increasing production it will go nuts I believe. At that point we will be bagging a bagger. Within 3-6 months!

Good luck to you if you are in for a trade here. Plenty of people making good money doing that. One day, very soon, this company is looking very likely to sign a deal that is going to lead to positive news flow for the next 12 months. Not 10% trades and all that stress. A genuine investment by owning a part of a growing company that is on an exciting journey. Worth considering :-)

Expecting news this week

Man this is the wierest share price action I've ever seen. Its as if no one has any idea what to do with it. Art seemed uber confident and no news is sometimes good news. Daily chunky buys at day end. Even so, its like the price is superglued. I wonder, because of the unusual nature of the deal, are we going to see a proper rerate (based on our new mcap) when it is signed? It's a highly unusual situation - minnows are usually taken over by the producers, not the other way around!

Thanks for the info. It does seem that the authorities are trying to reorganise the industry in a way that might benefit our interests in Nigeria.

It's time to trust the research, the market and the news.

All pointing to a successful outcome especially with the chunky buys coming through.

Hi Angus I don't post much here as it's been a bit hectic recently. Just wanted to respond to your situation. Like many here we believe in the fundamentals of the company. AZ is maybe a bit of a player and was too confident that everything was going to go to plan right away. Life just doesn't happen like that. Lots of folk treat him like some sort of Messiah - nope he's just a clever guy flawed like the rest of us. I believe they have struggled to get the whole package to "fit" the risk profile of the investor. Imagine the board meeting where the cagey old hand said what happens if this goes wrong? Get someone to underwrite insurance for it. So the whole thing is derailed until that happens. Possibly. Just guessing.

But there are some big names here and a lot of money involved. It's a great idea and it fits the times.

For all our sakes I hope this comes back, and that when it does they can finally proceed with conpleting the initial sales of the product and bank transfers getting done.

Even should the deal fall through and the price tank it will recover on production figures. Nigeria is still going to happen within 12 months most probably.

I'll take 15% growth from my investment just from what we have now over 12 months.
Possible 100% + from Nigeria news
Possibly 300%+ from Atomic (so close we can taste it!)

Investors a waiting to see the golden egg before they put money in the farm. There are plenty of people watching - look at what happened to the share price last summer.

It all hinges on the deal. Its been a tortuous 2 month wait since that first bolt from the blue that this deal was on. Hoping for the promised land to come into view any day! GLA

The NPV here for Cadence, once things get properly underway, is going to be subject to a lot of revision. First 20% of value of mine, adjusted for current pricing and factoring in the immediate revenue from the ore shipments. Then we also have to consider the upwards assessment of the reserves carried out recently.

Oh and EMH are going to fly at some point. If we hold onto that 10% ish it's going to be worth 100m alone in all likely hood in a few years.

Then BCN are likely to want to develop our JV at some point in the next 5 years.

My concern was the banks killing the deal. That has derisked a great deal now as the courts are finally making rulings in our favour backed up by action.
So we get to 20% and bump up to 27%. Then take the option to go into the 40+ % with some favourable financing because we are actually receiving revenue from the ore and own 20% of a very fine looking iron mine that just needs recommissioned.

Just watched the final episode of Sherlock with my wife and a large whiskey mac. Even the famous detective himself couldn't have know exactly how things will pan out here!

I'm not sure 10p is realistic as great as it sounds. I reckon that lovely news flow as Art spreads his wings and enjoys running a profit making company will get us close to 3p. Nigeria close to 5p and we can all meet up post lock down for a big steak and invite Art along to toast his success!

We can only guess at who is selling/buying the in background. What the MM's are up to etc etc. This is my first year of investing and I've learned some hard lessons. The biggest one? Invest with conviction. Moving things around and stressing over some post that makes me panic. That's a great way to lose a fortune. Chase rainbows from forums? The sharks will nibble you savings all day long.

The only way to make money investing is to read every RNS 10x. Watch every video. Trust the evidence at hand and hold till you make money. It works. If you invested here and didn't research and CawCaw (who I like!) makes as comment and you panic, you should not have invested here in the first place.

If 12 months seems like a long time to wait for a 2000% return you should go to a local casino later as that is the only way to make returns than than quicker than this working out. At least here the risk is mitigated by evidence.

I wouldn't worry about Monday being a holiday in Canada being the main reason that we don't get a UK RNS. Art has been flatout on this deal - in one of the videos he said that he was talking to the finance company until 8pm on New Year's Eve. If he can release news he will.

Just an observation. The current SP action is very surprising. Last week we all thought that this would get a steady rise this week. That hasn't really happened (could still of course!) There was a comment made previously that we as PI's can act on intuition which algorithm never can. On paper this is a no hoper. Years of placements and no income. Yet we all believe that AM has pulled it out of the bag and done something completely surprising - snagged a really good deal and the finance to run it optimally.

If it comes together we can quite reasonably expect 10x over the next 12 months as we get over the magic 50m and produce phenomenal production results - zero to hero! If not then no-one will ever notice except us.

Aye. The RNS is so low key ! This statement, quoted earlier, is very exciting indeed.

" Yesterday the Upper Court rejected the Bank Creditors appeal ("the Ruling"), and once the Ruling is effective (up to one week from the date of publication), the interim order is annulled, and DEV's original petition is valid. This will allow the recommencement of port operations and the shipment of iron ore stockpiles."

Unless I am reading this wrong, within a very short period of time, we can begin a full programme of ore shipment? Outstanding!

It's the implication of this morning's RNS that perhaps is not understood. My feeling was that this could just go around and around without ever getting resolved. The fact that the court had approved shipping and then the appeal had held it up for what seemed like forever had me, at least, concerned that this would not make it over the line. The fact that the court is now pushing through the release of funds for restarting of the mine, maintenance of the dam and payment of small creditors says to me that we are going to see this move on. It is the first step on the journey to full production. It's not just the ore that is going to be leaving dock full steam ahead.
