Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
@poleaxe,
So far we have two conflicting copy and pastes from what two of the brokers have published, if each broker has given a different explanation then it explains why so many people are asking so many questions,
Where have you got your information from? because the RNS here on LSE says the same as AJ Bell.
I’m assuming you have been through a RI before - I haven’t so I am taking the information from LSE and the brokers.. I don’t see how they can both be wrong?

I use aj bell and an isa account:
I think the reason everyone has been squabbling on this forum recently is because each broker has given slightly different dates and instructions.
————————————————-
Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC has announced details of a rights issue. Your account will be credited with a number of rights which can be exercised at a fixed price, with no dealing charges, to receive additional shares in the company.
Your account will be credited with 10 rights for every 3 ordinary shares you hold as of the record date, 23 October 2020. These rights are expected to be credited to your account on or around 28 October and they will form your basic entitlement, which will not be subject to scaling back.
Each right can be exercised at a price of GBP0.32 in order for you to receive 1 new ordinary share. The AJ Bell deadline for elections is expected to be on or around 6 November 2020 and the new shares are set to be paid to clients who exercise their rights on or around 12 November 2020.
This event is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on 27 October 2020. The elective period, during which you can exercise your rights, is expected to open following the rights being credited to your account.
I’ve not been into stocks very long, maybe 6 months, but I’ve met a lot of gamblers in my time - boasting about how good your profits are makes you sound like a complete gambler, one that probably needed the money you started with more than you need the money you made.
I have no idea what any of this stuff means!
I have a couple thousand RR shares..
Bought them last week and the couple of decent rises have shown me a profit.
No idea what to do about the Rights Issue shares and even how to process it - I use AJ Bell for trading through an Isa account..
Need some media coverage! No news reported on the LSE tabs yet...
Is this on auction right now?
The media must be sleeping - no reports of this so far..
Maybe they are all still looking at RR.
Still trades going through on T2
Interesting amount of shares lined up on the order book before opening.. 2 million shares listed at 28p
I wouldn’t have thought the sp will start much lower that last nights close.
Just sold off half my holding of another share and used it to bump up my Cine by a fair amount.. took the current sp instead of trying to predict a dip..
Hopefully we see a bit of a spike tomorrow!!
