So why the need for a Corporate Update on 7th May if the AGM is only going to be a week or so later? Must be something worth announcing seperately...?

A good upbeat interview, with the usual caveats. Interesting that they are now calling the part surveyed target A3 and will underatke a proper survey of it now. Also, good to hear that the "best" targets remain - B, C and D. The fact that Ben said in future, line spacing will be 400m not 200m has to be good as they can cover the same area with less work so more quickly.
Really surprised that this hasnt gone higher today. I guess that people don't really "get" the significance. Maybe it will be a slow burn this week?

Agreed Doog, 3 further opinions is real "belt and braces" stuff. Almost as if they are wanting verification for a third party. Someone to bankroll a drilling campaign for instance..?

My hope is that there will be a 7am RNS on that day with suspension of trading due to an offer having been made for lock, stock and barrel! Wishful thinking? :-)

At every stage in the process of determining whether the KSZ is host to Norilsk style deposits, KAV have put a "tick in the box". And again, today is another (big) tick. Only one more stage to go, drilling, which is the final arbiter. The fact that the geos are keen to partner only gives greater credence to this being the thing we have been waiting for. Lets see what The Market makes of the news...

I don't how or when MF "indicated" that. I mailed him on Monday asking when we might get news and he has not replied at all. Normally I get something back with 24hrs.....

The only thing you need to know is that the KSZ is NOT included in Kanye, it remains 100% KAV owned! ;-)

As posted by someuwin on ADVFN, the company website preso seems to have been updated yesterday. I'm not sure exactly what has changed but the Timeline for KSZ TDEM survey states "Results are expected shortly".
Which probably means as much as "news Imminent"! Although BCB has consulted his crystal ball and is predicting news Friday.... :-)
I did message Michael F yesterday to ask about KSZ TDEM progress and, unusually, have not had a reply... Maybe news really is due "shortly"!
