Director buys are deemed a postive things by most investors. Sometimes you just can't please everyone though.

MM, I agree with you. I know a large number of holders have misgivings about the raise though (KAV Telegram group has several annoyed holders) and I think they feel the late RNS on Friday should have been release before any fund raise. As one who has partaken in the raise I can say that without the "security" of knowing there was good news hitting the market yesterday (and the warrants of course), I would not have been willing to put £25k in at 5.5p over the weekend.
It is all about what Ben does with the funds now and an expanded drill campaign should allow great progress this Summer so that even if there are some "misses", we will still have enough "hits" to prove the concept and get the Market Cap over 3 figures. IMO etc

So KAV have just raised nearly £2m this weekend and are going to expand their H2 drill campaign. The great news for POW is that previously, the drill for the KCB was going to come from KAV's KSZ drilling. Now they will be able to have another drill so no need to wait for the KSZ drilling to complete....

Really good that they were after at least £1m and ended up with nearly £2m in a very short space of time. There is an appetite for the "KAV Story" ! :-)

You can't fault the ambition of the Company! The ease with which they raised a decent sum of money in a short space of time suggests a good appetite for the "KAV Story". NO need for a JV any time soon, they can just get on with proof of concept and cut a much better deal next year with a Major for development drilling.
Really hoping that they will now drill the KCB with a different drill, rather than waiting for the drill to finish on the KSZ, which now sounds like it will be busy for a lot longer!

Anyone else think that KAV are going to need more than one drill? Now that they are planning to drill B1 in addition to A2 and C1, it doesn't look like the drill will be going to the KCB any time soon! And that is before they do the two additional TDEM surveys on B. You would think it quite likely that further drillable tagerts would be found there. And then there is Target D too....

The timing of the RNS was not at the discretion of the company. Once the info became available they had to release it, just turns out that it was aftermarket....
Should be an interesting start to trading on Monday.

More great news. A 17 x 8km target is monster sized. And at shallow depth so can use RC drilling !

Rise looks specific to POW (i.e not KAV) so NOT the KCB...
