I put a fill or kill order in for £5k worth of shares at a limit of 7.65p It went through at 11.30 at 7.60p but I see that buys are now at 7.65p.

Confirmation from Ben, he was mistaken, expiry of super warrants IS 9/22 as per RNS and PJ comments.
Confidence in POW to think it will be over 5p by then.

Bwana, I am mentally prepared for another delay but had thought next week. Everyone back at work after schools return, a few days to catch up/verify/prepare and then RNS on Thursday 9th! :-)

I had a reply to my email to Ben last night. As to why no RNS:
"It’s not a material transaction and was already in the public domain as a result of the announcements last year."
As for expiry date of super warrants:
"We’ve exercised so as to get the 5p warrants which expire in 2023. We view this as being in the interests of the company both because of the extra warrants we receive and it distributes some of our balance sheet risk"
I have sought clarification of the 2023 date since this contradicts the POW RNS and PJ in his latest interview says ONE year remaining....

Hmmn, me too! Although it is almost certain that Sunak is looking to close the AIM shares "loophole" so none will be exempt. Time for a new plan!

Mommur, yes, I am sure that SQZ qualifies for IHT exemption after 2 years holding! A useful little perk. IF they move to Main List, I assume this would immediately end the exemption.

Although a move to the Main Market would give confidence that SQZ are "investable" for a wider audience, I am sure that many more than just me (I?) really like the IHT tax perks of having it on AIM? ( i.e after 2 years holding, it is exempt) Only those of certain age I guess...? :-)

Any further JV with would be a disaster IMO. As Keith says, we need a Major to get involved in the KSZ. I cant see anything being announced this year but my money is on Rio for 2022! :-)

As an ocasional reader on here for the last few years, I assumed that upomega's normally sensible account has been hacked. Seems to be barely literate nonsense recently...?

I have not been a holder here for nearly 3 years but have alsways liked "the story". Most unusual for me but I might just have timed my re-entry well, buying two lots of £5k first thing this morning at 157.6. Really looks like this want to re-rate!
